A bit on the expensive side in terms of quality bag.

Je koopt iets nieuws, met een stickertje van de aanbieding. die halen ze eraf en dan betaal je de volle pont(kwam ik te laat achter in alle haast door sluit), dan kom je thuis blijkt het product uit elkaar te vallen. Dan ga je terug om je geld terug te vragen wegens klacht en dan mag je alleen een product uitzoeken rondom die prijs, geen geld terug garantie dat pas op je kassabon staat en er niet van te voren erbij wordt gezegd. Als je een prodcuct retour wilt sturen en je kunt niets vinden, krijg je een tijdelijke bon... dat wilde ik niet want ik vertrouw ze niet. Ik wil hoger contact opzoeken met hoofdkantoor maar dat gaat niet want er zijn geen contact gegevens. Bij consumentenbond gevraagd maar dat kunnen zij niet want er zijn directe adres gegevens (huisnummer), geen contactgegevens of officiele website. en bij klachten.nl nemen ze dit niet serieus. ALSJEBLIEFT! VERSPIL JE GELD NIET AAN OOKZ WANT ZE NAAIEN JE WAAR JE BIJ STAAT EN JE WORDT ER ENKEL ARMER OP! Worst thing ever! You buy something new, with a sticker of the offer. they take them off and then you pay the full ferry (I found out too late in haste by closing), then you come home the product falls apart. Then you go back to request a refund for a complaint and you can only choose a product around that price, no money back guarantee that is only on your receipt and is not said in advance. If you want to return a product and you can not find anything, you will receive a temporary receipt ... I did not want that because I do not trust them. Uiteindelijk vraag ik maat 38 zegt ze zonder tekijken hebben we niet terwel de hak die ik vast had 38 was. Nou met frustratie is ze toch maar naar achter gegaan. Ze geeft me een doos zo doende betaal ik t ga ik na huis en wat vind ik? 1 schoen Maat 39 en de ander 38 fijn dan he helemaal 1 uur rijden om uiteindelijk de hakle terug tebrengen service slecht Well you get there. A	Astrid Debi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb via marktplaats afgesproken om 3 paar laarzen te kopen en op te halen. Ik kon ze tussen 11 en 17 uur ophalen bij de winkel aan de deur en moest contant betalen. Ik zou nog laten weten hoe laat. Toen ik liet weten hoe laat hadden ze inmiddels de laarzen allemaal verkocht. Hier koop ik dus nooit meer wat.. Slechte service, klant-onvriendelijke winkel, ik koop mn laarzen wel ergens anders.!! Agreed through marketplace to buy and pick up 3 pairs of boots.
