Der Hürtgenwald ( erinnert an the Band of Brother). Very moving fictitious story of German paratrooper August Segel, the story is presented in different rooms. By sound recordings and in a room by air conditioning one is put into the winter (depiction of scene in Russia). The Hürtgenwald (reminiscent of the Band of Brother). Through the uniform of Dick Winters, also the presentation of the Order especially the highest American Medal of Honor. The visit is worthwhile in any case, the staff (owner?) Are friendly, polite and happy to provide information.

Very nice museum about WW2. They have a lot of specials, the meseum tells the the war was experienced by a German soldier. Recently they have new material in the collection. Must see again.

Amazing... the pieces are oké but the dolls show so much emotion. You follow a story of a soldier in ww2 and there is a companion audio guide. You can spend anywhere from 1 to 3 hours there depending in if you listen to the app or not. Budget friendly

Impressive 'cozy' museum with nice artifacts, clothing and objects. While moving through various rooms of the old mayor's building, you are experiencing World War 2 from the beginning to the end on a high level. Information along the way is sufficient.

Only a bad score we could arrived a closed museum despite reservations. They had our contact information: a top museum would have contacted us e.g. just by mail so explain they had a break in and had to keep the museum closed for some time. It would have saved us the trip to Beek. Tickets are refunded.

Very well done. Excellent displays. The audiotour is a must for Dutch speaking visitors. Not sure whether it's available in other languages. Great museum for a younger audience that requires a proper narrative as an introduction to WW2.
