Als je de eerste keer op weg hier naartoe bent bekruipt je het gevoel “waar ben ik in vredesnaam terecht gekomen?” maar eenmaal dichterbij zie je het vanzelf. Ja, deze winkel zit écht daar! Mooie producten zijn beschikbaar en veel zoniet alles is biologisch. Nog een tip mocht je de melk kopen: in tegenstelling tot supermarkt melk is de melk hier onbehandeld. Pasteuriseer hem zelf dus, voor alle zekerheid, nog even thuis voor consumptie. Misschien toch handig voor een kleine vermelding in de winkel of op de verpakking want veel mensen ontbreekt het aan dit stukje informatie, waardoor je - al gaat het gelukkig meestal gewoon goed - best ziek kunt worden voor een aantal dagen. Beautiful products are available and much if not everything is organic. Another tip if you buy the milk: unlike supermarket milk, the milk is untreated here. Sehr netter Service und anständige Preise. Good farmer's shop with raw milk, great cheese, organic eggs, beef that is of great quality and a whole lot of other products that I have yet to discover. Very nice service and decent prices.
