★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had gaatjes in het bad zitten door m'n eigen stommiteit (te hard opblazen) bericht gedaan naar opblaasbare jacuzzi shop of ik een nieuw bad kon bestellen, dit kon niet... vervolgens hebben ze contact opgenomen met Poolster en die hebben het bad vervangen onder garantie! Top zaak!!!
I had holes in the bath due to my own stupidity (inflating too hard) messaged the inflatable jacuzzi shop if I could order a new bath, this was not possible ... then they contacted North Star and they have the bath replaced under warranty! Great case!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hadden eerder een negatieve revieuw geplaatst omdat wij geen enkele reactie kregen op een vraag , maar deze moeten wij per direct rechtzetten .
Per ongeluk is onze vraag blijven liggen , dat kan gebeuren en dan moet je al "klager"ook zo eerlijk zijn om de juiste reactie te geven .
In contact gekomen met de winkel , en zeer snel en correcte informatie gehad. Konden makkelijk een afspraak voor bezichtiging inplannen en we gaan waarschijnlijk snel over tot aanschaf vandaar 5 sterren voor deze winkel .
We had previously posted a negative review because we did not receive any response to a question, but we must rectify this immediately.
Accidentally our question has been left out, that can happen and then you have to be honest as a "complainant" to give the correct response.
I came into contact with the store, and received very fast and correct information. Could easily schedule an appointment for viewing and we will probably soon proceed to purchase, hence 5 stars for this store.

Ik had een jacuzzi gehuurd voor het weekend, echter door een persoonlijke fout (jacuzzi ophalen - wat niet mogelijk was gezien de afstand) was het team zo vriendelijk om mijn order te cancelen. Dit hoeven ze niet te doen. Dienstverlening een dikke tien. Als ik ooit een jacuzzi koop dan doe ik dat hier.
Nice professional webshop and good contact with the “service desk”! I had rented a jacuzzi for the weekend, however due to a personal mistake (pick up jacuzzi - which was not possible given the distance) the team was kind enough to cancel my order. They don't have to do this. Service a big ten. If I ever buy a jacuzzi, I'll do it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na twee maanden is helaas foutcode E3 ontstaan. ( thermostaat of zo stuk)
Nu had ik gelezen dat je dan een ruilpomp krijgt maar dat is dus niet zo.
Ook sluiten de doppen niet goed af zodat de jacuzzi toch langzaam leegloopt.
Voor mij dus best wel een teleurstelling
Heb de pomp opgestuurd ter reparatie en nu maar hopen dat ik hem snel terug krijg.
Wel vriendelijke mensen
Unfortunately, error code E3 arose after two months. (thermostat or something broken)
Now I had read that you then get an exchange pump, but that is not the case.
Also, the caps do not close properly so that the jacuzzi drains slowly.
So quite a disappointment for me
Sent the pump in for repair and hope I get it back soon.
Very friendly people
