Ik wilde graag een groot pakket versturen, maar had niet het juiste inpakmateriaal.
De medewerker was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.
Hij had de juiste formaat kartonnen doos, noppenfolie en luchtkussenzakjes.
De medewerker heeft zich veel moeite gedaan om het naar het juiste adres te versturen (het moest naar een DHL punt verstuurd worden).
Ik raad dit bedrijf zeer zeker aan !
This company has Service with a capital S.
I wanted to send a large package, but didn't have the right packing material.
The employee was friendly and very helpful.
It had the correct size cardboard box, bubble wrap and bubble wrap bags.
The employee went to great lengths to send it to the correct address (it had to be sent to a DHL point).
I definitely recommend this company!
