★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De school bepaalt wat er gebeurt. Als je daar niet eens mee bent wordt er niet gekeken naar de mogelijkheden terwijl er wel zijn. Deze school wist allang dat ons kind met Down op deze school komt. We kregen eerst iemand met veel down syndroom ervaring toegezegd. Dat werd op het laatste moment gewijzigd. De persoon met veel ervaring begeleidt nu een kind dat veel later bekend was bij de agora scholen. Het voelt erg oneerlijk. We moeten helaas dat alleen accepteren want het zou verwarrend zijn voor ons kind om een andere school te zoeken. We mochen als ouders zelfs niet iemand met veel ervaring van buitenaf regelen. Een tip voor ouders met down syndroom kind. Zoek een school dat meer ervaren down syndroom personeel heeft!

This school has known for a long time that our child with Down syndrome comes to this school. We were first promised someone with a lot of Down syndrome experience. That was changed at the last minute. The person with a lot of experience now accompanies a child who was known to the agora schools much later. It feels very unfair. Unfortunately, we just have to accept that because it would be confusing for our child to find another school. As parents, we are not even allowed to arrange someone with a lot of outside experience. A tip for parents with Down syndrome child. Find a school that has more experienced Down Syndrome staff!
