I	Iris de By on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super praktijk!! Ik ben niet helemaal objectief maar zal proberen dit zo goed mogelijk te onderbouwen. Ten eerste wordt hier optimale zorg verleent met de nieuwste technieken en beste materialen. Verder staat de patiënt altijd centraal en wordt deze benaderd als individu en niet als nummertje. De sfeer tussen het team is uitstekend en de meeste werken hier dan ook al jaren met veel plezier. Fijn dat je dus steeds dezelfde gezichten ziet. Ik zou deze praktijk zeker aanraden. Gerund met liefde voor tanden en mensen:) Super practice!! I'm not completely objective, but I'll try to substantiate this as best I can. Firstly, optimal care is provided here with the latest techniques and best materials. Furthermore, the patient is always central and is approached as an individual and not as a number. The atmosphere between the team is excellent and most have enjoyed working here for years. So nice to see the same faces over and over again. I would definitely recommend this practice. Run with love for teeth and people :)
D	Danny Cherno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet tevreden helaas. Tandarts is zeer vriendelijk, daarom niet nog minder sterren. Maar de assistentes doorgaans niet. Al met al kom ik niet voor de vriendelijkheid maar voor de waarde en het vakmanschap. Ze sturen aan op extra runtgenfoto's die niet gedekt zijn door verzekeringen (daar kom je pas achteraf achter), en na het verkeerd vastlijmen van mijn orthodontische draadje (waarvoor wel geld is gerekend) zijn mijn tanden gaan schuiven en slijten. Verantwoordelijkheid hiervoor wordt niet aanvaard en er wordt gezegd dat alleen een orthodontist het weer kan rechtzetten. Geen geld terug, niks. Al met al, niet dramatisch, maar niet goed genoeg. Tenzij je ontzettend van Opera houdt zijn er betere tandartsen in de regio. Not satisfied unfortunately. Dentist is very friendly, therefore no less stars. But the assistants usually don't. All in all, I don't come for the friendliness but the value and craftsmanship. They aim for extra runtgen photos that are not covered by insurance (you will only find out afterwards), and after the wrong gluing of my orthodontic thread (for which money has been charged) my teeth started to shift and wear. Responsibility for this is not accepted and it is said that only an orthodontist can rectify it. No money back, nothing. All in all, not dramatic, but not good enough. Unless you really like Opera, there are better dentists in the area.
D	Debby Landkroon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paar jaar geleden bij deze tandarts geweest (2015). Binnen een paar maanden een paar duizend euro armer. Ik zou 8 gaatjes hebben. Bijna allemaal laten vullen. Een tand die gevuld was begon heel veel pijn te doen. Werd dus een wortelkanaalbehandeling. 5 vullingen en 2 wortelkanaalbehandelingen verder, ben ik bij een andere tandarts in griekenland geweest. Van de drie gaatjes die ik zou hebben, kon hij er maar 1 zien. Hij was zeer verbaasd dat er tegen mij gexegd was dat er nog 2 andere zouden zitten. Terug in Nederland weer bij deze tandarts en opeens zou ik weer 5 gaatjes. Toen was het mooi geweest en ben ik niet meer gegaan. Door deze trauma bij geen enkele tandarts meer. Totdat het composiet van een kies die hij behandeld had een paar maanden geleden losliet. En nu weer. Voorgaande tandarts had bij een onderste kies een wortelkanaalbehandeling verricht. Volgens de By zou er een gaatje zitten dus laten vullen. Composiet is nu afgebroken. Kies is niet meer te redden. Ik heb er 5 jaar over na gedacht om deze negatieve review te plaatsen maar omdat ik tot de dag van vandaag ellende heb van de behandelingen vind ik het belangrijk mijn ervaring te delen. Visited this dentist a few years ago (2015). A few thousand euros poorer within a few months. I would have 8 holes. Have almost all filled. A filled tooth started to hurt a lot. So became a root canal treatment. 5 fillings and 2 root canal treatments further, I went to another dentist in Greece. He could only see one of the three holes I would have. He was very surprised that I had been told that there would be 2 others. Back in the Netherlands again with this dentist and suddenly I would again 5 holes. Then it had been beautiful and I did not go anymore. Because of this trauma no dentist anymore. Until the composite of a tooth he had treated released a few months ago. And now again. The previous dentist had performed root canal treatment on a lower molar. According to the By, there would be a hole to fill. Composite has now broken down. Kies cannot be saved anymore. I have thought for 5 years to post this negative review, but because I am still suffering from the treatments to this day, I think it is important to share my experience.

En naast controle veel aandacht voor preventie. Hier ga ik nooit meer weg! Super practice! Drilling a hole has never been so “nice” as with Iris. Never a long wait, an appointment confirmation by SMS; well organized down to the last detail. In addition to control, a lot of attention is paid to prevention. I will never leave here again!

Ook word je heel goed meegenomen in het behandelplan. Kortom, een absolute aanrader in hartje Amsterdam Oost. Top practice!! There is a permanent team of highly experienced professionals who immediately make you feel at ease as a patient. You will also be very well included in the treatment plan. In short, an absolute must in the heart of Amsterdam East.

It is the dentist assistant does the tooth cleaning, not the dentist herself. 2. The assistant did my teeth has STRONG hands. 3. They convinced me to do X-Ray photos for my teeth, which my previous dentist reached the same result without this step and cost. 4. Periodic check is a separate item to pay, which results in a higher bill. 5. Periodic check, teeth cleaning and taking X-Ray photos took 25 mins. At 12:00, seems they all must go!

They are really good at keeping things in check, and being there when needed. When I had a minor dental emergency, I was given a spot within hours of calling. Most importantly, I get the impression that they really care about their clients.

The staff was very friendly and professional! Cleaning has never been less painful and the result was amazing. My teeth look so much better and I literally can’t stop smiling))) Iris was great! She did the checkup and was very attentive. We discussed my wishes and concerns and agreed on a plan for improving the health and appearance of my teeth. I am very happy I found this clinic and I highly recommend it!
