★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb lang moeten wachten op mijn bestelling en toen ik het eenmaal ontvangen had schrok ik van de slechte kwaliteit van in dit geval Rhinestones.
Was wel netjes verpakt vandaar 2 sterren.
I had to wait a long time for my order and once I received it, I was shocked by the poor quality of, in this case, Rhinestones.
Was neatly packaged, hence 2 stars.

Ik had van de DPD pakketservice geen bericht gehad dat mijn pakket bij het pakketpunt was aangekomen waardoor het weer retour was gestuurd. Maar de klantenservice van de opitec heeft me er snel en vriendelijk mee geholpen waardoor het hopelijk alsnog snel aankomt
Beautiful wooden products and very good customer service. I had no message from the DPD package service that my package had arrived at the package point, making it returned to return. But the Opitec customer service has helped me quickly and kindly, so that hopefully still arrives quickly
