Kortom: aanrader. Very neat storage location, well cared for and clean. Nice people who think along. The access to the units works by means of a modern and good system. In short: recommended.

C	Casper Verschoor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OpslagNL is eindelijk weer eens een bedrijf dat het snapt. Nieuwerwets van opzet, maar ouderwetsch qua service! In Apeldoorn tijdelijke opslagruimte nodig gehad i.v.m. verhuizing. Perfecte mailwisseling, prima meedenken en flexibel v.w.b. situaties oplossen. Voorbeeldje: op de dag van de verhuizing bleken er meer spullen mee te gaan dan gepland. Lichte paniek, want dat zou niet in de op voorhand gereserveerde opslagruimte passen. Geen probleem bij OpslagNL. Je belt, zelfs in het weekend, en op afstand wordt een andere unit toegekend. En dat dus terwijl je al voor de deur van de opslag staat! Extra factuur volgt gewoon later, maar dan kan je alvast verder met je verhuizing. Klinkt logisch, maar dat is het zeker niet bij andere verhuurbedrijven. Ook de unit zelf was prima. Goed bereikbaar, makkelijk toegankelijk en schoon. Alles bij elkaar scoort OpslagNL op een schaal van 1 tot 10 een dikke 11! En nee, ik heb geen aandelen in dit bedrijf. Ik ben gewoon een kritische consument die baalt dat de klant meestal geen koning meer is en dus blij verrast als ik een firma tref die het wel begrijpt. :) StorageNL is finally once again a company that understands. New-fashioned in design, but old-fashioned in terms of service! Needed temporary storage space in Apeldoorn i.v.m. move. Perfect mail exchange, excellent thinking and flexible resolving situations. Example: on the day of the move, it turned out that more things were going along than planned. Slight panic, because that would not fit in the storage space reserved in advance. No problem at StorageNL. You call, even on weekends, and another unit is assigned remotely. And that while you are already at the door of the store! Extra invoice will follow later, but then you can already continue with your move. Sounds logical, but that is certainly not the case with other rental companies. The unit itself was also fine. Easily accessible, easily accessible and clean. All in all, StorageNL scores on a scale of 1 to 10 a big 11! And no, I don't have any shares in this company. I am just a critical consumer who is disappointed that the customer is usually no longer a king and is therefore pleasantly surprised when I find a company that understands it. :)
