De medewerker heeft gebeld naar een zusteronderneming (repair gsm) of deze een sneltest wilden doen. Zodoende daarheen gegaan. De medewerker aldaar heeft ons kosteloos geholpen met een slimme oplossing voor ons probleem.
Chapeau voor beide winkels.
We had a charging problem with our phone. In one store they checked whether it was the software. Conclusion no. The employee called a sister company (GSM repair) if they wanted to do a quick test. So went there. The employee there helped us free of charge with a smart solution to our problem.
