Wurde super beraten und auch als es Schwierigkeiten mit der Krankenkasse gab wurde schnell eine gute Lösung gefunden. Friendly and competent team that takes time for the customer. The advice was great and even when there were problems with the health insurance company, a good solution was quickly found.

Man nimmt sich Zeit für den Kunden Zeit und das Ergebnis erfüllte immer unseren Erwartungen. Wir sind seit Jahren Stammkunden und können den Optiker mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass man mir irgendeine 08/15 Brille verkaufen möchte. Ich durfte mich ganz in Ruhe umschauen und stand trotzdem im Mittelpunkt, als zwei Damen den Laden betreten haben und ebenfalls eine Brille haben wollten. Auch das klingelnde Telefon im Hintergrund wurde ignoriert. Ich habe das Gefühl mich genau richtig entschieden zu haben, was ich sonst nicht hatte. Auch hieß es, dass die Brille in ca. 2 Wochen fertig sei, aber nach noch nicht mal einer Woche durfte ich sie schon abholen. Auch die passenden Kontaktlinsen wurden für mich bestellt. Auch ist der Besitzer sehr kinderfreundlich, mein Kleinkind hatte keine Langeweile, auch auf ihn wurdeindividuell eingegangen, sodass ich in Ruhe schauen konnte. Also an dieser Stelle nochmal, vielen lieben Dank, ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt und habe hier den Optiker für die Zukunft gefunden. I was allowed to look around in peace and quiet and was still the focus when two women entered the shop and also wanted glasses. The ringing phone in the background was also ignored. I have the feeling that I made the right decision, which I otherwise didn't have. It was also said that the glasses would be ready in about 2 weeks, but after less than a week I was allowed to pick them up. The right contact lenses were also ordered for me. The owner is also very child-friendly, my toddler was never bored, he was also catered for individually so that I could look in peace. Ich wurde direkt passend beraten welche Möglichkeiten es gibt und dann auch noch zum Super Preis! Danke und gerne wieder!! Great advice, even for "special things".
