★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas is Optimum Plus een zéér onbetrouwbare partner gebleken. Ná ondertekenen van een samenwerkingsovereenkomst, blijkt een handtekening van dit bedrijf niets waard.
Van de ene op de andere dag wordt zonder opgaaf van reden anders dan 'we hebben er geen zin meer in' eenzijdig door Optimum Plus de stekker uit een project getrokken. Een project waar door ons als particulier opdrachtgever volop tijd, en (spaar-)geld in is gestoken. Grove contractbreuk dus. Met jaren vertraging en enorme kostenpost voor ons als gevolg. Dit overigens met slechts een telefoontje aan de architect van ons bouwplan van vier woningen. Niet eens met een persoonlijk telefoontje, laat staan enige mededeling op papier.
Optimum Plus afficheert zich als innovatief bedrijf, dat graag open communiceert. Nou daar is mij zeer weinig van gebleken. Gelet op hun onbetrouwbaarheid, kan dit bedrijf dan ook niemand aanraden.
 Unfortunately, Optimum Plus has proven to be a very unreliable partner. After signing a cooperation agreement, a signature from this company proves worthless.
From one day to the next, without giving a reason other than 'we no longer feel like it', Optimum Plus pulls the plug out of a project unilaterally. A project in which we, as a private client, have invested plenty of time and (savings) money. Coarse breach of contract. With years of delay and huge costs for us as a result. This by the way with just a phone call to the architect of our building plan of four houses. Not even with a personal phone call, let alone some paper notice.
Optimum Plus presents itself as an innovative company that likes to communicate openly. Well, I have found very little of that. Given their unreliability, this company cannot recommend anyone.
