Paid on 9/11 and was looking for update of my purchase after 3 weeks (waiting time 4-8weeks as I asked earlier) but after 3 days of no reply I asked same question via PayPal only to get no reply but full refund... so after almost 4 weeks that they hold my money and done nothing o have no sofa just before Christmas...

Getting my money back from Mastercard because I haven’t received the goods I paid for and I cannot reach the seller.
Might be a good company but their lack of interest in customer service is seriously an issue for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am disappointed! last year i ordered several times and except for some delivery delays i did not have any problems. but how they treated me with my past two orders is really
unbelievable. they charged my bank account with the full amount as soon as the order was placed back in march, as they always do. they did not send me the full order, but only half of it. they told me that some of these items are not yet available and some will never be, so they wanted to make a refund. however, i have not received this refund yet! another order that was placed at the beginning of april has still not reached me, although it is the 8 may today. i emailed them several times but mostly they ignored me. i canceled my orders and asked them for a full refund. they ignored this, too. today i got a message that they have shipped the second order. neveretheless they still owe me more than 30 euros for the missing articles from the first order. i will never order here again! see conversation attached - thats how they work! there are better and more trustworthy shops out there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 'wish metal cabinet' that was not available in the UK. Tjakko and the team went above and beyond not only to secure bespoke shipping solutions but also that it was here before Christmas.
I sent multiple emails, all were responded to (in English) very quickly. I'm not only over the moon with the service but the cabinet arrived 2+ weeks before it was anticipated. Over the moon with this service and would definitely recommend - thank you :)
