★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unfreundliches Personal am Telefon. Telefonnummer im Internet ist zur Corona Hotline geworden. Da man das nicht weiß wird man direkt mit doofen Sprüchen am Telefon empfangen.
Sowas geht auch anders!!!!
Super rude staff on the phone. Telephone number on the Internet has become the Corona hotline. Since you do not know that you will be greeted with stupid sayings on the phone.
Something like that can be done differently !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es dauert ewig bis man einen Termin bekommt! Die Dame am Empfang ist unfassbar unfreundlich. Das Rathaus ist eine Festung für die Mitarbeiter*innen und quasi geschlossen für die Bürger*innen (die es bezahlt haben mit ihren Steuern)

It takes forever to get an appointment! The lady at reception is incredibly rude. The town hall is a fortress for the employees and practically closed for the citizens (who paid for it with their taxes)
