★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga hier beslist niet eten tussen 17.30 uur en 19.00 uur. Wij hadden vroegtijdig gereserveerd voor diner on 17.30 uur. Het was nog rustig en bestelling opgenomen. Dus wij waren de enige op dat moment.Toen begon het afhalen. Nou, na een half uur hadden we nog niets op tafel en het afhalen ging maar door en voor. Wat een onbeschofte service. Zeg dan, als ik kom afspreken, dat die tijd niet zo goed uitkomt en of het bijvoorbeeld ook om 17.00 uur kan. Dit heb ik nog nooit in een chinees restaurant meegemaakt die ook afhaal hadden. Daar kregen we gewoon op tijd ons eten opgediend. Ik zou dit restaurant beslist niet aanbevelen.
Na de reactie van de eigenaar wil ik nogmaals zeggen dat het verstandig was geweest als hij gezegd had dat het rond die tijd erg druk is. Dan kan je beslissen om op een ander tijdstip te komen. En men had zeker na een half uur wachten van ons kunnen zeggen dat het nog even zou duren. Het was geen prettig bezoek op deze manier.
 Definitely don't eat here between 5:30 pm and 7pm. We made an early reservation for dinner at 5.30 pm. It was still quiet and orders were taken. So we were the only ones at the time, then the takeout started. Well, after half an hour we still had nothing on the table and the collection went on and on. What a rude service. Then say, when I come to meet, that the time is not convenient and whether it is possible, for example, at 5 pm. I have never experienced this in a Chinese restaurant that also had takeout. There we were just served our food on time. I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
After the owner's response I would like to say again that it would have been sensible if he had said that it is very busy around that time. Then you can decide to come at a different time. And they could certainly have said after half an hour that it would take a while. It was not a pleasant visit this way.

Best chinese in rice, tastes differ of course but this is completely my taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet erg best. We moesten zeer lang wachten op ons eten, terwijl er geen andere gasten in het restaurant aanwezig waren!
Daarnaast werd de koffie nogmaals in rekening gebracht, terwijl de koffie of thee reeds in ons gerecht was inbegrepen (chinees indische rijsttafel a 20 euro per persoon)!!
Not very good. We had to wait a very long time for our food, while no other guests were present in the restaurant!
In addition, the coffee was charged again, while the coffee or tea was already included in our dish (Chinese Indian rice table at 20 euros per person) !!

Geen excuus en informatie van hun kant voor ons is dit niet de eerste keer en voor ons is dit de laatste keer geweest eten was ook niet echt super
Long waiting times, even though you have ordered by phone, let them wait an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim 2 uur staan wachten op mijn bestelling die ik om ongeveer 15 uur had opgegeven. Kon het om.19:15 uur afhalen. Het was druk, en moest een kwartiertje wachten. Nou die Chinezen weten niet wat 15 minuten is. Sta je daar in de kou. Na een uur duurde het nog een kwartier zegt de barjuf. Ook dat duurde een uur!! Ben er wel klaar mee.
Waiting for more than 2 hours for my order that I had placed at about 3 pm. Could pick it up at 7:15 pm. It was busy and had to wait fifteen minutes. Well those Chinese don't know what 15 minutes is. You stand there in the cold. After an hour it took another fifteen minutes, says the bar teacher. That also took an hour !! Am done with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dames aan de telefoon beloven dat je eten klaar staat op een bepaald tijdstip maar dit is echt niet zo, wachttijden lopen op tot over een uur na het afgesproken tijdstip, echt iets waar ze iets aan moeten doen.
Eten smaakt goed
Ladies on the phone promise that your food will be ready at a certain time but this is really not the case, waiting times run up to an hour after the agreed time, something they really have to do something about.
