Of course I was initially hesitant to order it from overseas, but I was able to speak with Kevin on the phone and he immediately instilled trust. Through out the entire process, Kevin was in constant contact with me, giving me updates along the way about when the item would ship, where it was along the way once it shipped, etc. He was professional and just beyond kind. Once I received the item, I realized how carefully he packed the watch for shipping. He even set the time to my time zone before sending it! So thoughtful! He had told me the watch was in great condition, but I actually think he under promised it! It was in AMAZING condition!! Beyond what I could have ever imagined. The entire process completely exceeded my expectations, and went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. The watch was exactly as described...well, better than described! It was genuine, included all the original paperwork and box, and was just beautiful. Run...don't walk to work with Kevin and OrMontre! And just to be clear - he never asked me to write a review. I decided to do so on my own because I am still blown away by the experience, attention to detail, service and pure kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kevin!!
