★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas een bijzonder vervelend telefoongesprek gehad met de receptioniste waarin ik aangaf dat er spoed bij het vastzetten van mijn spalk zat omdat deze pijn doet. Ik heb al meerdere keren gebeld maar ook niets op gehoord en toen ik dit aan de receptioniste vroeg werd mij verteld dat ik maar een andere orthodontist moest gaan zoeken. Onbehoorlijk en onbeschoft gedrag vind ik dit!
 Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant telephone conversation with the receptionist in which I indicated that there was an urgency in securing my splint because it hurts. I have already called several times but did not hear anything and when I asked the receptionist about this I was told that I should find another orthodontist. I think this is inappropriate and rude behavior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was even zoeken waar het precies zat door de bouwwerkzaamheden om het pand heen. Maar wat een fantastische Ortho, zeer vriendelijke werknemers (zowel de receptie als de assistente die mij hielp als de orthodontist zelf). Alles is op en top netjes en verzorgd. Mijn spalkje achter mijn tanden zat los en dezelfde dag kon ik nog terecht. De assistente (Michelle) legde alles uit wat ze ging doen wat ik erg interessant vond. Ga zo door :)

It took a while to find out exactly where it was due to the construction work around the building. But what a fantastic Ortho, very friendly employees (both the reception and the assistant who helped me as well as the orthodontist himself). Everything is neat and tidy. My splint behind my teeth was loose and I could go to bed the same day. The assistant (Michelle) explained everything she was going to do which I found very interesting. Keep it up :)
