Vervolgens hebben ze ons met de kleine man 45 minuten tot na de tijd van de afspraak in de wachtkamer laten wachten zonder iets laten weten. De afspraak werd kort gehouden en het stukje extra aandacht waarvoor men naar dit consultatiebureau gaat en extra betaald, was ver te zoeken. Hier een mail over gestuurd in de hoop op verbetering bij het volgende bezoek. Hier geen reactie op gehad. Het 2e bezoek liet men ons een uur en een kwartier in de wachtkamer zitten. De tijd van de afspraak die met de hand in het schriftje was geschreven kwam niet overeen met de tijd in de computer. Men was te beroert om hun fout toe te even of excuus aan te bieden want ze konden er niets aan doen. Wel hadden we 's avonds de factuur van de afspraak al te pakken. Iets wat blijkbaar wel goed geregeld wordt. Regelrechte ramp!
The first appointment at the consultation center was only possible after 7 weeks. Then they made us wait with the little man in the waiting room for 45 minutes until after the time of the appointment without letting us know. The agreement was kept short and the piece of extra attention for which people go to this consultation office and paid extra was hard to find. Sent an email about this in the hope of improvement on the next visit. Had no reaction to this. The second visit we were left in the waiting room for an hour and a quarter. The time of the appointment written by hand in the notebook did not match the time in the computer. They were too embarrassed to admit their mistake or apologize because they couldn't help it. We did get the invoice for the appointment in the evening. Something that apparently is well organized. Outright disaster!
