Ik ben bij Kim terecht gekomen voor meer energie gedurende de dag. Ik heb op advies van Kim gekozen voor een bloedonderzoek om zo te kunnen zien waar mijn lijf gevoelig voor is en waar juist niet. Dit was een hele openbaring.
Na de uitslagen ben ik bewust op mijn voeding gaan letten aangevuld met supplementen. Kim heeft mij in dit hele proces ondersteund, het was niet altijd gemakkelijk, maar de ondersteuning heeft mij er doorheen geholpen. Nu ruim 7 maanden verder heb ik volle bak energie, ik maak keuzes die goed passen bij mijn nieuwe leefstijl.
Onlangs zelfs een halve marathon gerend!

After the results, I consciously started to pay attention to my diet supplemented with supplements. Kim supported me throughout this process, it wasn't always easy, but the support got me through it. Now more than 7 months later I have full energy, I make choices that fit well with my new lifestyle.
Recently even ran a half marathon!
