H	Hans Jeitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für meine gestrige Rezension gibt es ein erfreuliche Wendung, die Praxis kümmerte sich, Ich wurde angerufen und man erklärte mir das die Praxis nur an diesem Tag geschlossen hatte. Ich könnte kommen und die Überweisung wurde mir sofort ausgestellt, es fühlte sich gut an. Mit der Überweisung die ich gestern nicht bekommen konnte ging mir mein MRT Termin verloren den ich kurzfristig erhalten hatte. Es bestehen keine Zweifel über die Fachkompetenz der Ärzte., war und werde wieder Patient. Nur am Zeitmanagement der Patienten sollte gearbeitet werden. V	Veronika Karg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit ist okay wenn man ohne Termin kommt, aber eine 14Jährige für einen 5 Minuten Termin 2 Stunde im Behandlungszimmer warten lassen ist unmöglich....auf die Frage warum kommt corona als Begründung....so ein Schwachsinn, sie hat 2 stunden vorher gefragt ob sie eben was frühstücken gehen kann....das wäre sicher Coronafreier gewesen ..... Ach und Termin vereinbaren...das soll wohl ein Witz sein......wie denn wenn man maximal bis zur Warteschleife kommt Waiting time is okay if you come without an appointment, but having a 14-year-old wait 2 hours in the treatment room for a 5 minute appointment is impossible .... when asked why is corona as a reason .... such nonsense, she has 2 hours beforehand asked if she can have breakfast ... that would have been corona-free ..... Oh and make an appointment ... that should be a joke ...... like when you get to the hold at most

Die Arzthelferinnen sind teilweise etwas unfreundlich, allerdings nicht alle und nicht immer. Serious and competent team of doctors who leave no stone unturned to treat their patients satisfactorily. The medical assistants are sometimes a bit rude, but not all and not always.

Ich kann nur sagen, dass man mir hier nach 2 Jahren Odyssee endlich geholfen hat. Diagnose Tennisarm..vorher 2 andere Orthopäden gehabt... Cortison, Physio.. brachte nix.. nächster Schritt war die OP.. Dann bin ich an diese Praxis geraten.. Physio (aber gezielt und professionell), dazu Akupunktur (wo ich erst dachte, dass das ja nix werden kann) Nach 6 Wochen war ich komplett beschwerdefrei!!! Einfach unglaublich..und daher auf diesem Wege nochmals vielen Dank!! It's been a few years since my treatment....2007...? At that time there were somehow no reviews on the net.. I can only say that after an odyssey of 2 years I was finally helped here. Diagnosis of tennis elbow.. had 2 other orthopedists before... cortisone, physio.. didn't help.. next step was the surgery.. Then I came across this practice. Physio (but targeted and professional), plus acupuncture (where I first thought that it couldn't work) After 6 weeks I was completely free of symptoms!!! Simply unbelievable.. and therefore thank you again in this way!!
M	Mehmet Hekim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRT Aufnahme wurde am 01.10.2021 gemacht , heute habe ich keine Informationen wie der Befund ist, obwohl ich am 05.10.2021 und 28.10.2021 per Mail nachgefragt habe. Ich wurde einmal vertröstet und einmal habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Ich kann nicht glauben, dass der Befund nach einem Monat nicht da ist, ich wurde sogar durch eine sehr arrogante Arzthelferin angerufen, man hat mir am Telefon gesagt, was ich doch noch will, dass die so viele Termin vereinbaren, dass die so viel zu tun haben.Absolute Frechheit, wie die Dame am Telefon mich angesprochen und angeschrien hat.Es liegt nicht die Erfahrung des Arztes sondern das Verhaltens der Mitarbeiterin. Eine sehr schockierende Erfahrung mit einer Arztpraxis die für die Heilung spezialisiert sind. -Meniskus Riss MRT Diagnose trotz mehrere Male Nachfrage und ununterbrochene Schmerzen, mehr als 4 Wochen gedauert. -Sehr unfreundliche Personal! -empfehle keinen diesen Praxis! The MRI image was taken on October 1st, 2021, today I have no information about the findings, although I asked by email on October 5th, 2021 and October 28th, 2021. I can't believe that the results aren't there after a month, I was even called by a very arrogant doctor's assistant, I was told on the phone what I still want, that they make so many appointments, that they too much Absolute cheek, as the lady on the phone spoke to me and yelled at. It is not the experience of the doctor but the behavior of the employee. A very shocking experience with a doctor's office specializing in healing. -Meniscus tear MRI diagnosis despite multiple times demand and uninterrupted pain, lasted more than 4 weeks. -Very rude staff! - do not recommend this practice!
M	Mandy Phan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr unzuverlässige Praxis, man bekommt Termine und MUSS bis zu 3-4 std Wartezeit einplanen. Lächerlich. Wartezeit ist klar aber bestimmt nicht den ganzen Morgen: Als hätte man Zeit der Welt. Und wenn man dann geht weil man keine Zeit mehr hat, bekommt man den nächsten Termin nach 3-4 Monaten. Die Sprechstundenhilfe sind natürlich auch ganz freundlichen wenn man ADIOS hinterher ruft, wenn man die Praxis verlässt weil es einem zu blöd wird. Und ganz amüsant ist es von der Sprechstundenhilfe zu hören wie sie ganz stolz erzählt, dass noch Patienten von 8:00 im Wartezimmer sitzen. Scheint ja üblich zu sein :) Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen, bei den Wartezeiten kann man am besten auch einfach krank bleiben. Unfortunately very unreliable practice, you get appointments and MUST plan up to 3-4 hours waiting time. Ridiculous. Waiting time is clear but certainly not the whole morning: As if you had time in the world. And if you leave because you don't have time anymore, you get the next appointment after 3-4 months. The receptionists are of course also very friendly if you call ADIOS afterwards when you leave the practice because you're getting too stupid. And it's really amusing to hear the receptionist proudly tell you that there are still patients in the waiting room from 8:00 am. Seems to be common :) Not recommended at all, with the waiting times you can best just stay sick.
D	Doris Rayermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nettes , freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Trotz Stress immer alle super freundlich und bemüht. Dr. Swart zwar immer im Zeitdruck aber reizt alles aus was machbar ist. Diagnose immer hinterleuchtet. Wartezeiten wie schon öfters beschrieben katastrophal, liegt aber sicher daran, dass viele diese kompetenten Ärzte besuchen. Das ist wie in einem guten Restaurant , da hat man auch oft lange Wartezeiten, die man gerne in Kauf nimmt. Meine Gesundheit ist mir das wert. Super nice, friendly and competent staff. Despite the stress, everyone was always super friendly and hard-working. Dr. Although Swart is always under time pressure, it pushes everything that is feasible. Diagnosis always backlit. Waiting times are catastrophic, as already described, but it is certainly due to the fact that many visit these competent doctors. It's like in a good restaurant, there you often have long waiting times that you are happy to accept. My health is worth it to me.
