Hartverscheurend is dit, ik ben ruim €800 armer en heb werkelijk geen enkele behandeling gehad. Een keer en intakegesprek (digitaal) & één een gesprek om het plan van aanpak te bespreken ook digitaal.
Daar waar de coach aangeeft dat er ruimte is voor het bijstellen van je plan van aanpak (coachingstraject) wordt het verre van gewaardeerd. Vervolgens kom je in een fase terecht waarbij jezelf niet zo goed begrijpt waarom jullie nog niet tot een definitieve plan van aanpak zijn gekomen tot dat ze de rekening sturen. Werkelijk waar schandalig en dit allemaal in de oriëntatie fase.

This is heartbreaking, I am more than €800 poorer and have really not had any treatment. Once an intake interview (digital) & one a meeting to discuss the plan of approach, also digitally.
Where the coach indicates that there is room for adjusting your plan of approach (coaching trajectory), it is far from appreciated. Then you enter a phase where you do not fully understand why you have not yet come up with a definitive plan of action until they send the bill. Really scandalous and all this in the orientation phase.
