B	Barbara de Jong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlangs samenwerking met dit administratiekantoor verbroken en overstap gemaakt naar groot accountantskantoor. Er was al een tijd onvrede over Osiris. Maar nu is mij duidelijk dat Osiris (Bas) mij al die jaren besodemieterd heeft. 1) Door gebrek aan automatisering en ineffectief werken rekent hij teveel uren door. Bas is principieel tegen automatisering en wil alles handmatig door personeel laten behandelen (duur!) 2) Voor jaarwerk rekent hij jaarlijks een hoog bedrag apart af, maar die uren zitten ook al in de losse uren dus dat is dubbel betalen. 3) Hij is niet in staat fiscaal advies te geven waardoor we te lang een vof zijn gebleven. Hij had moeten toegeven dat hij dit kon, dat wij bv moesten worden. Hij heeft ons uit eigen gelang te lang als klant gehouden. Dat heeft ons veel geld gekost. 4) Bas werkt met personeel uit het Oostblok. Daar is op zich niets mis mee, maar ik heb een loonstrook van een medewerker gezien en Bas betaalt zijn personeel veel te weinig. Echt schandalig om over het hoofd van personeel jezelf zo te verrijken! 5) Geeft geen bedrijfsadvies, terwijl dit wel beloofd was. Werk blijft steken op verwerken van betaalde factuurtjes, btw, jaarwerk, ib. Bas heeft niet waargemaakt waar hij voor betaald is. 5) Samenwerking is 31.12.18 geëindigd en Bas stuurt zonder toelichting een factuur voor hele maand januari 2019. Plus een vette factuur voor jaarwerk, terwijl dit een simpele druk op de knop is. IK KAN OSIRIS NIET AANBEVELEN!!! Duur, ineffectief en onprofessioneel!! Recently, cooperation with this administration office was broken and a switch was made to a large accounting firm. There was dissatisfaction with Osiris for some time. But now it is clear to me that Osiris (Bas) has bugged me all these years. 1) Due to a lack of automation and ineffective working, he works out too many hours. Bas is basically against automation and wants to have everything handled manually by staff (expensive!) 2) He annually pays a high amount separately for annual work, but those hours are already included in the individual hours so that is double payment. 3) He is unable to provide tax advice, which means we have remained a general for too long. He should have admitted that he could do this, that we had to become, for example. He has kept us as a customer for too long. That cost us a lot of money. 4) Bas works with staff from the Eastern Bloc. There is nothing wrong with that in itself, but I have seen a payslip from an employee and Bas pays his staff far too little. Really outrageous to enrich yourself over the head of staff! 5) Does not provide business advice, although this was promised. Work remains stuck on processing paid invoices, VAT, annual work, ib. Bas did not live up to what he was paid for. 5) Cooperation ended 31.12.18 and Bas sends an invoice for the entire month of January 2019 without explanation. Plus a bold invoice for annual work, while this is a simple push of a button. I CAN'T RECOMMEND OSIRIS !!! Expensive, ineffective and unprofessional !!
