What an unpleasant shopping experience. It's been two weeks, and I still await my delivery.The worst customer service experience ever. Delayed response, "Unfortunately I cannot tell you when your order will be delivered, sorry for this". I would actually prefer to give Zero stars. Never, I say never, no matter how attractive that price is looking, don't shop at Otto.

Very bad experience. I accidentally lost my high heel shoes in the package I returned. Very unhelpful customer service centre. No help on the phone and not 1 single answer to my e-mail asking for help with the return of my belongings. They basically keep my personal stuff without returning it and they couldn't care less. Seems like one of those companies where the customer is a burden. I wonder how these companies survive.... I will make the effort to stay away from Otto, Heine or Lascana. Very disappointingly bad customer service.

Avoid if you car abut your money and time Amazing bed shop and service! I order set of 4 chairs and they suppose to be delivered from 2-4 days ! I still didn't get them ! After calling customers service they told me that my order is canceled because they got damage during transport- nobody even let me know I had to call and find out by my self - is like a joke!! I've got tegoedbon for the money which I paid ?? I ask them to pay back to my account, we will see how long (if at all) this will take ! I really don't recommend!!

This would literally be the worst online shopping experience ever, with even worse client service. You wanna wait 6 weeks for a 20 euro product? Otto is your place then. The fun part is they have no visibility as to why the delivery that was supposed to be taking 6 days would now take 6 weeks. If you purchase an apartment in Amsterdam, it takes as long to deliver. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Absolute worst service. No return policy, had to pay shipping for return my self and shipping for sending was not refunded in refund cost. In the end paid 10 euro for a 20 euro item I returned. This is rediculous I don't know how this company stays alive with bol, zalando, Amazon, etc giving free returns and refunding the entire price. Get with the times.

Never received the order. Expected delivery time was 2 weeks. After 7 weeks (and a several self-initiated emails to check on the status, only starting an "investigation" at week 6) they let me know that it was sold out.. - in the meantime the link to provide feedback to customer service was expired - hence this review.

Sorry , I could not post anything lower than 1 start. The order says arrive within 2 weeks . Which didn't , contacted them . Then i heard most unbelievable answer , i have to wait until 6weeks to start investigation. They already know something wrong with the order but they won't do anything until then. Ok, after 6 weeks i have to contact them again, they say the investigation is started . Is this a CSI or FBI crime scene? I am not waiting another few weeks then get an answer from them . I keep complaining, then they offer me to re order then product. And they will try to deliver it within 2 weeks. It's been 3 days now , the reorder still not sent out by them . The customer service and the company policy are the biggest joke ever . It's been almost 6months since i placed my order. I still don't have my ordered fully delivered. Complained more than 10 times. They just don't care. Giving me some voucher etc. Come on , after all this ,do you expect me to shop from you again ? Now they told me I can either returned what I have ordered half year ago. Or wait for the delivery which will never arrive. So went through all the trouble and getting nothing in last half year ? Ridiculous! Now they don't even want to pay me back for the missed delivery item. Instead of 36.99 euro . They sent 16.99. and basically telling me that's it. If they don't fix it up right now . I am gonna contact my legal advisor to let them pay for what i have went through. Gonna make report to ACM. Hope this kind of business will be shut down soon.

We ordered a sofa and a set of bath mats, But after reading the reviews we cancelled the sofa order, being afraid of waiting too long to have it, luckily wasn't being processed so by calling the customer service (5minutes waiting) a nice lady helped us sending the money back on my account, which took 3 working days. The bath mats arrived in 5 working days as mentioned on the website and honestly we like the quality! We decided not to take the risk with the sofa since we needed it relatively soon. But we still keep the account to order things we don't need straight away and that are in offer! Hoping that we won't need to change the review ;)
