β β β β β Een dramatisch bedrijf - Doe hier geen zaken mee. Wij hebben dit geprobeerd echter wordt de verantwoordelijkheid van alle zendingen continue afgeschoven op de ontvangen. Garanties kennen zij niet, wettelijke garantietermijnen wordt bij Otto Simon niet in acht genomen. Wij zullen hier een juridische procedure voor starten. Heb gehoord dat niemand meer bij dit bedrijf wilt werken. Dramatisch. Wij zijn opzoek gegaan naar een andere partner. Wat een ellendig bedrijf! Blijf hier ver van uit de buurt is mijn advies.

β β β β β Vandaag uitstekende service ontvangen van Otto Simon b.v.. Door een fout van GLS was het pakket niet geleverd. Otto Simon heeft direct een nieuwe verzonden n.a.v. mijn klacht. Ondanks het feit dat de fout bij GLS ligt, nemen zij hun verantwoording! dikke pluim!

β β β β β Ontzettend slecht bedrijf. Behandelt personeel slecht. Afgelopen maanden ook niet corona-proof gewerkt. Contact stroef, afspraken worden niet nagekomen. Ik zou niemand aanraden hier zaken mee te doen. Verder snap ik de verhalen dat mensen hier niet willen werken. Verbaasd mij niks dat er elke keer nieuwe vacatures zijn. Ik ga mijn zaken anders regelen.
Incredibly bad company. Treats staff badly. Also not worked corona-proof in recent months. Contact difficult, agreements are not fulfilled. I would not advise anyone to do business with this. I also understand the stories that people do not want to work here. I am not surprised that there are new vacancies every time. I'm going to arrange my affairs differently.

β β β β β Als prospect probeerde ik me klant te maken bij deze firma. Na 2 weken heel veel documenten over en weer te sturen had ik pas een klantenfiche.
Op de dag dat ik eindelijk mijn klantennummer kreeg maakte ik snel wat prijsvergelijkingen met andere groothandels en constateerde dat de condities van sommige producten toch niet direct waren wat ik ervan verwacht had. Na een vriendelijk mailtje gestuurd te hebben ivm de condities naar de klanten debiteur kreeg ik een zeer onaangenaam antwoord terug. Men melde mij dat dit idd jammer was en dat ze de klantenfiche terug afgesloten hadden en de documenten gearchiveerd hadden. Raar bedrijf om zo zaken te doen, geen gesprek, geen vragen ... niks. Welgeteld 5m later was het Otto Simon verhaal afgelopen. Duidelijk een bedrijf dat niet wenst te verkopen ...

On the day that I finally got my customer number, I quickly made some price comparisons with other wholesalers and found that the conditions of some products were not immediately what I expected. After sending a friendly email about the conditions to the customer debtor, I received a very unpleasant answer. I was told that this was unfortunate idd and that they had closed the customer file and archived the documents. Weird company to do business like this, no conversation, no questions ... nothing. 5m later the Otto Simon story was over. Clearly a company that doesn't want to sell ...
