★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na meerdere keren bellen over het overlast van duiven word je niet geholpen nu vraag je of er haken kunnen worden geplaatst voor een net op het balkon gaan ze niks aan doen nu zeggen ze dat ze er mee bezig zijn sorry maar dat word al een jaar gezegt en heb geen hond gezien die hier aan werkt vind het schandalig hoe er tegen je gepraat word aan de telefoon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De kinderen van je huurder op straat gooien omdat ze te jong zijn -want met 18 en 19 nog geen 23 jaar- is onmenselijk. Een groot schandaal dat iets zegt over de starheid van deze organisatie.
Throwing your tenant's children out on the street because they are too young -because with 18 and 19 not even 23 years old- is inhumane. A major scandal that says something about the rigidity of this organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontluisterend om 2 jonge vrouwen uit huis te zetten na recent overlijden van hun moeder.
Er is toch wel enige menselijkheid en coulance mogelijk ook als regels formeel te weinig ruimte geven.
Diep tragisch om zo te handelen.
Direct terugtreden en vrijwillig ontslag aanbieden zonder enige financiële compensatie lijkt me het minste wat de verantwoordelijken kunnen doen: bestuur, directie en opzichter.
Veel wijsheid voor iedereen gewenst.

Immediately stepping down and offering voluntary resignation without any financial compensation seems to me the least that those responsible can do: board, management and supervisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menselijkheid is hier ver te zoeken. Mensen worden het huis uitgetrapt vanwege "de regels". Binnen een dag nadat iemand een dierbare verliest ligt er een brief op de mat met de boodschap dat ze eruit moet. Alsof ze geen zorgen genoeg hebben. Ik mag hopen dat jullie zelf nooit in zo'n situatie komen. Moeten jullie trots zijn op hoe jullie dit afhandelen.. Geen greintje empathie, alleen maar geld waar het om draait.
Humanity is hard to find here. People are kicked out of the house because of "the rules". Within a day of someone losing a loved one, there is a letter on the mat telling her to get out. As if they don't have enough worries. I hope you never find yourself in such a situation. You should be proud of how you're handling this. Not an ounce of empathy, just money that matters.

Slecht bezig Ons Huis in alles!!!
Totaal geen onderhoud meer aan woningen!
Daarbij een opstal verzekering hebben ze niet, dus zijn er kleine of grote problemen, waar echt wel de woningbouwvereniging op moet komen, via haar opstal verzekering komt de huurder in de problemen, zij wijzen je ten onrechte af, en verwijzen je door naar je eigen W A verzekering, wat echter zeer ? niet mag.!Zij zijn verplicht via de opstal verzekering jou te helpen!!!!!
Zwaar onder niveau Ons Huis.
