i	iva aurer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First glance, the place is nicely furnished with a great gym on the campus albeit far from the centre. However, the place has more than a few issues from the start- bikes being stolen or laundry not working for example. I had more than a few personal issues with them. Namely, even after complaining couple of times over an issue that multiple people had (wallpaper peeling) as well as their own mistakes (missing a screw on a coffee table, or my doorbell not working) and being told it was noted at my pre-check out and check out, they still deducted the amounts from my deposit. I wouldn't use their services again, but if you're more shrewd, you might just avoid my issues.

My experience has been amazing on several aspects especially when you are a new comer in Amsterdam: 1- all service included as internet, water, security, insurance 2- all communal parts as the gym, a cinema, a rooftop with BBQ, a secured bike storage, a great lounge, my pup to receive your packages 3- all the life on the campus with restaurants, supermarket, coffee store, doctors, barber shop 4- meeting international people and making friends 5- a high efficitient appartment fully equipped I have experienced OD during almost the entire COVID perdiod. Living alone abroad under this context is not the easiest on the social integration. I highly recommend OD and personally, i will come back again if i have to live in NL again. Thanks to the entire staff of OD, of the gym center, the security staff. But also all residents who would recognize me.

I also can't understand how they can charge you 5 euros for washing and drying your laundry, which of course is not mentioned anywhere on their website when booking an apartment. This should be a simple thing to provide for free when renting an apartment, as it is necessary for everyone to wash their clothes. What is the most outrageous thing about this company is that my rent ended at the end of July and now it is end of October and I am still waiting for them to return my deposit. This is completely unacceptable, especially after it was mentioned during check out that I would receive this by the end of August. They also do not seem to care at all ignoring emails and telling me on the phone how they will sort out the situation but no action has been taken. I am sick and tired of calling every week for someone to say yes we will handle the deposit situation, but then nothing happening! Completely unacceptable! If I will not receive my deposit soon I will have to take legal action against this money hungry company!
L	Laili Ishaqzai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend OurDomain for one reason and that is the culture that the staff has created and maintains regarding the delivery of packages by major delivery services such as DHL, PostNL and DPD. The security and service desk employees will have the delivery services drop your packages down at the entrance, ring the doorbell so that you come down to pick it up. If you refuse to do this, the delivery service will simply leave your package and you will be put under pressure by the security and service desk employees to still collect your package. I have friends who live at Holland2stay and The Fizz, similar apartment complexes where the packages are delivered neatly to the door (as it should be and is stated in the service description of the delivery service). I find it very disturbing that OurDomain employees are allowing and even facilitating this behavior of the deliverers of various delivery services. So if you like to shop online and not go down to pick up your every delivery, then OurDomain is 100% not for you!

Lots of extra charges, bad service, very pushy when asking you to pay rent on time, and very committed to delay paying back your money (deposit and refund)! I moved out in February, OurDomain held my refund of public space closure (due to COVID) to itself, and have never paid back to me. It was supposed to be refunded back to me in Jan or Feb 2021 or even earlier! When I moved out, the person told me it will get back to me in April 1st, now it's May 20, I called several times, always full of lies ("It will come to you end April", "first week of May", "it will come to you within this week", "it will come to you within 2 weeks"); The service desk will tell you, its not their business, its the Finance department handling this! How helpful of the service desk! Please watch out your behavior and reputation by lying a lot and be arrogant to customers! In contrary, OurDomain is very good at asking you for rent to be paid on time (by even threatening to charge you a scary interest rate). The service is quite bad (most of the time, they will delay coming to fix the things that break due to low quality etc..); My lamp fell from the roof when I moved in, after I lived there for 1.5 years, that lamp was never fixed. It probably takes your more staff hours to lie to people, then just transferring the refund back to people!
D	Daniel Gilbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and very expensive. OurDomain obligates you to make an agreement with Eteck, which is a terrible provider for heating and hot water. It has 1.5 stars and extremely bad reviews. And when you try to address that with OurDomain, they basically tell you that’s how things are, end of story. The locks on the doors of the apartments don’t work properly. You pay a ridiculous amount of money each month for rent, and yet OurDomain puts you in a huge danger. The way they address this was very inappropriate as well. The Property Manager said “technical issues happen” and no effort to compensate or improve the situation was made. It’s also very noisy. You can hear everything through the walls. The washing machines and drying machines don’t work 90% of the time and are also very expensive . Almost every time you stop by, someone is having trouble with the payment system which lags and thus charges you without doing anything. And instead of fixing it, they just give out QR codes and don’t bother actually improving the system for the tenants. Overall, the problem is the service of the upper management. They don’t actually care about their tenants and only half-solve problems with temporary solutions that don’t work. Would not recommend at all.
S	Shevaughn Alasa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my boyfriend lived there for 2 years and it was a great experience. I could not have wanted better. The staff of the service desk were very helpful and very hospitable, especially Lodewijk and Pierre. Besides that, we always felt safe due to the security. The head of security, Dominique, always made sure that we felt welcome. Our Domain is highly recommended!
