★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retourpakket kwijt geraakt (DHL) inmiddels wacht ik al 39 dagen op mijn geld wat OOTB aan mij moet overmaken. Zowel DHL als bol.com verwijst naar OOTB (had via Bol besteld), dus OOTB is eindverantwoordelijk hiervoor. Klantenservice alleen per mail bereikbaar. Voor mij is dit de laatste keer geweest bij OOTB.
 Return package lost (DHL) I have been waiting for 39 days for my money which OOTB has to transfer to me. Both DHL and bol.com refer to OOTB (had ordered through Bol), so OOTB is ultimately responsible for this. Customer service only available by email. For me this has been the last time at OOTB.
