Door mijn eigen schuld kreeg ik het motortje niet aan de praat, 2 bewegingen en hup draaien. Op de vraag wat zijn de kosten ? kosten niks wat niks, is goed zo. Kom daar nog maar eens om een bootje en motor gekocht bij een ander en Outboard Shop Rotterdam maakt het in orde . Op schaal van 10 een 10.!!!!!! Really a company to come back to. Friendly, helpful and most importantly they listen to you. Due to my own fault I couldn't get the motor to work, 2 movements and let's turn. When asked what are the costs? costs nothing, nothing, is fine. Come there again to buy a boat and motor from someone else and Outboard Shop Rotterdam will make it right. On a scale of 10 to 10. !!!!!!
J	J V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nieuwe Boot gekocht kregen goed advies, ze dachten mee naar de wensen die we hadden, hebben nog diverse aanpassingen laten doen en die hebben ze keurig uitgevoerd. service is top hebben het soms druk maar als je even belt van te voren regelen ze altijd wel wat. wij blijven zeker terug komen ! Buying a New Boat received good advice, they thought along with the wishes we had, had various adjustments made and they carried them out properly. service is great sometimes busy but if you call in advance they will always arrange something. we will definitely keep coming back!

The nose of the boat dives into the waves at high speed. the boat has a dangerous corner of death. Alukin and the Outbourd Shop Rotterdam Netherlands give no help and no Service. Don't waste money on an Alukin DP 750 and don't waste your money at these companies either. With kind regards, Erik van der Helm from the Netherlands Good morning sir / madam What is the case? Before I bought the Alukin boat at Alukin / Outbourd Shop Rotterdam NL / Dirk Bonder I clearly asked and discussed that: Can I have a Yamaha 225 PK V6 mounted behind the Alukin DP 750? [answer: yes], What problems can I expect if I have a Yamaha mounted behind the Alukin DP 750? [answer: none]. Can I lift / tilt the propeller of my engine out of the water after sailing? [answer: yes] This is was also a part of the deal. Is there a good reason that I should not take a Yamaha but a Mercury? [answer: none]. I fully paid for the boat on the day of purchase and received the boat about 6 months later. During the transport from Sweden to the Netherlands, 3 bearings of the boat trailer broke down on the last part of the ride home. The boat was delivered too late and with damage. Subsequently, the hole for the Yamaha display was not made at the agreed location and the correct tank transmitter was not installed for the purpose of Yamaha dipslay. The motor cannot be tilted out of the water. The nose of the boat dives into the waves, which is clearly visible on flat water. 50 km per hour and then gas on and the problems begin. The dangerous death corner was really a nasty surprise. The Alukin DP 750 has been stationary since 31-7-2019. Moreover, Dirk Bonder / Outbourd Shop did not want to do any research and he also did not keep the multiple promises of sea trials until the day of today. Also, I have not received any CE papers from my CE approved boat until today. Dirk Bonder / Out Bourd Shop is not a man of word and honor. An EMCI expert has investigated the boat and confirmed the problems.
