★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima middag. Bij de start en terugkeer op tijd aanwezig. Prima materiaal. Goed verzorgd en vooraf hulp bij uitzetten route en mogelijkheden onderweg. Uitleg over techniek tijdens varen had iets uitgebreider gemogen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Great afternoon. Present at the start and return on time. Great material. Well taken care of and help in advance with planning a route and options along the way. Explanation about technique during sailing could have been a bit more extensive. Worth repeating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwamen na een boeking voor een verjaardagsfeest niet opdagen. Toen we voor een gesloten pand stonden, namen ze ook niet op via de telefoon, e-mail of chat. Via via kregen we te horen dat dit een week eerder ook was gebeurt bij een andere groep. Absoluut onacceptabel, dit bedrijf verdient geen enkele boeking.
Didn't show up after booking for a birthday party. When we were standing in front of a closed building, they did not answer by telephone, e-mail or chat. Via via we were told that a week earlier this had also happened to another group. Absolutely unacceptable, this company does not deserve any booking.
