Boord boven ziet eruit alsof hij elk moment kan rafelen. Terug gestuurd en moet ook nog dik 5 euro voor de retour betalen. Als ik reviews lees heb ik het gevoel alsof dit nou een voorbeeld is van koop reviews. Ik niet meer bij Outdoor Extreme. Dan toch maar wat meer betalen en kwaliteit voor geld, Falke sokken gekocht Ordered 6 pairs of outdoor socks. did not meet the requirements at all, very poor quality. No support on the leg, sitting like a loose piece on your leg. Board above looks like it could fray at any moment. Sent back and also have to pay more than 5 euros for the return. When I read reviews I feel like this is an example of buying reviews. I no longer at Outdoor Extreme. Then pay a little more and quality for money, bought Falke socks

De eigenaar zal wel met een smoes als reactie komen op deze review, daar is hij wel goed in. Als hij die tijd nou in klantenservice zou stoppen, had het bedrijf en de klant er nog wat aan gehad. You don't have to expect service here! It is better to buy your shoes elsewhere if you want to walk in them more than 10 times. The owner will come up with an excuse in response to this review, he is good at that. If he would put that time into customer service, the company and the customer would have benefited.
a	a verweij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drie broeken besteld. De volgende dag werd pakket geleverd, helaas met 2 broeken. Na telefonisch contact de volgende dag 3e broek geleverd. Prima opgelost. Ordered three pants. The package was delivered the next day, unfortunately with 2 pants. After telephone contact 3rd pants delivered the next day. Well solved.
m	michel van ouwerkerk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen week schoenen mi TEC besteld nog steeds niks binnen terwijl ze wel op voorraad zouden moeten zijn. Heb ze al betaald en zouden verzonden worden. Helaas nog geen reactie op me mail gehad van waar me product blijft. Hopelijk worden ze gauw geleverd en kan ik eventueel me sterren aanpassen naar een hogere uitslag. Last week shoes mi TEC ordered, still nothing arrived while they should be in stock. Already paid for them and they would be shipped. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response to my email from where my product is. Hopefully they will be delivered soon and I can possibly adjust my stars to a higher result.
M	Marja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het artikel is snel verzonden, maar helaas past het niet. Ik heb inmiddels 4 mails gestuurd waar geen enkele reactie op gekomen is. Vervolgens bel ik om te vragen hoe het teruggestuurd moet worden aangezien dit NIET heel duidelijk vermeld staat en ik niet had verwacht dat we naast de verzendkosten ook nog de retourkosten moesten betalen. Soi, tot zover. Inmiddels heb ik 2 mails gestuurd met de vraag hoe het staat met de behandeling van dit retourproces maar ook hier volgt weer geen antwoord op. Ik zal er wel weet achteraan moeten bellen. Mag toch hopen dat ik binnenkort de prijs van zowel het product als de verzendkosten mag terug verwachten op mijn rekening. Zal hier zeker niet snel weer wat bestellen! The item was shipped quickly, but unfortunately it does not fit. I have sent 4 emails to which no response has been received. Then I call to ask how it should be returned as this is NOT stated very clearly and I did not expect that we would also have to pay the return costs in addition to the shipping costs. So, so far. I can hope that I can expect the price of both the product and the shipping costs back on my account soon. Definitely won't be ordering from here again anytime soon!

R	Rino D'Amico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a shop it's a private house, I was looking for clothes badly and came from Eemshaven, I couldn't find the shop, asked to locals, tried to call the number with no answer, I rang the doorbell, no answer. Disappointing.

After zipping them of one time the zipper already broke right in half... First and foremost the good part here is, they refunded me. It was done fast and honest on their part. The bad part is, I tried to review the pants on their website. Gave it a one star rating for the pants. The review was never posted and thus people are withhold information about these pants they should know before buying. Sorry OutdoorExtreme, but not posting the bad product reviews on your website is misleading. So if this is on purpose I'd recommend either approving both bad and good reviews or not letting people review anything. Just my two cents. Cheers!
