Ze doen er alles aan om zich te verdiepen en in te leven in je business, hebben kennis van vormgeving en communicatie, maar ook van zaakvoering en hun onderlinge relaties. Dus heel fijn om vanuit dergelijke aanpak gericht uit te komen op de juiste mix van zakelijke- en communicatiestrategie en daar dan de juiste uitingen bij te kiezen. Ik hoop voor hen wel dat niet al hun klanten zijn zoals ik: vaak moet je als klant namelijk je leveranciers scherp houden op deadlines etc., maar hier was het andersom: haast alsof Outwards meer prioriteit en aandacht gaf aan mijn dossiers dan ikzelf. ;-) Dus niks dan lof. Ik geef ze een vier op vijf (a) omdat een vierenhalf niet mogelijk is en (b) omdat perfectie niet bestaat. Hun kracht zit in de breedte van hun aanbod. Vijf sterren zou zijn als ze daar ook nog eens op meerdere aspecten een (voor een bureau met deze omvang haast onhaalbare) diepte-expertise aan zouden toevoegen. If you are looking for all-round support in how you act as a company or organization, Outwards is your perfect partner. They do everything they can to immerse themselves and empathize with your business, they have knowledge of design and communication, but also of business management and their mutual relationships. So it is very nice to arrive at the right mix of business and communication strategy from such an approach and then choose the right expressions. I hope that not all their customers are like me: as a customer you often have to keep your suppliers sharp on deadlines, etc., but here it was the other way around: almost as if Outwards gave more priority and attention to my files than I did. ;-) So nothing but praise. I give them a four out of five (a) because four and a half is not possible and (b) because perfection does not exist. Their strength lies in the breadth of their offer. It would be five stars if they also added in-depth expertise (almost unattainable for an agency of this size) in several aspects.

Iedereen is tegenwoordig adviseur, maar als het misgaat is er niemand thuis. Het team van Outwards is de prettige uitzondering: deskundig, voordelig en verantwoordelijk. Aanrader!
