They were so rude and even gave me a wrong information. I barely took a bus because of this wrong info. You’d rather use the self-machine instead of asking them. F
The staff was very rude and gave me wrong information so I could not get on the bus. Rather than ask staff, please use uninvited vending machines. The salary is inevitable.

Vandaag heb ik de klantenservice gebeld om 2 tickets om te zetten naar een andere datum. De tickets waren uitgeprint .
nummers: 1965623 en 19644368
De service kon niet verleend worden omdat we misschien toch met de uitgeprinte tickets zouden gaan reizen. De dame in kwestie wilde ook haar naam niet opnieuw noemen.
Aangezien ik dit erg knullig en niet servicegericht vind, meld ik me af als panellid voor NS.
Ik zal hier op Google als Local guide ook melding van maken.
Heel erg jammer en dit kan veel beter NS.

Dear Sir / Madam
Today I called customer service to convert 2 tickets to another date. The tickets were printed.
numbers: 1965623 and 19644368
The service could not be provided because we might still be traveling with the printed tickets. The lady in question did not want to mention her name again.
Since I find this very clumsy and not service-oriented, I am deregistering as a panel member for NS.
I will also mention this on Google as a Local guide.
A great pity and this could be a much better NS.

Terwijl ik super veel haast had en ns klantenservice niks voor me heeft kunnen betekenen, heeft zij mij super goed geholpen! Zelfs toen ik weg was om NS voor de zoveelste keer te bellen ging ze door om MIJN probleem op te lossen. Super lief!! Heel erg bedankt!!
I would like to thank the lady of the OV service & tickets Breda via here !! While I was in a super hurry and our customer service could not do anything for me, she helped me very well! Even when I was away to call NS for the umpteenth time, she continued to solve MY problem. Super sweet!! Thank you very much!!

Zij helpen u graag met bijvoorbeeld advies over abonnementen, vragen over uw OV-chipkaart en een persoonlijk reisadvies. Daarnaast kunt u zelf ook veel informatie vinden via de informatieschermen. Bij de zelfservicetafels kunt u onder andere uw reis plannen naar bijvoorbeeld een museum in Utrecht. En met een druk op de knop kunt u direct een printje maken om uw reisadvies mee te nemen.
