Hij luistert aandachtig naar de persoonlijke behoefte van de klant, denkt en voelt mee waar de behoefte ligt en daarmee naar wat er aan advies nodig is om aan de behoefte te kunnen voldoen. Hieruit voortvloeiend komt er altijd een advies en hypotheek die bij de behoefte van deze specifieke klant/mens past. Het advies is een tijdelijk iets, maar met de hypotheek verbindt de klant zich voor jaren en daardoor is het zo ontzettend belangrijk dat het advies over de hypotheek niet alleen gebaseerd is op een momentopname, maar op het totale leven van de mens die advies vraagt over een hypotheek. Henk kan en doet dit als géén ander. ❤️ Ik heb Henk ervaren als een echt mensen-mens waar ik me volledig thuis voel(de) en die door z'n kundigheid en adviezen heeft bijgedragen aan de mogelijkheid om mijn huis te kopen waar ik me ook volledig thuis voel, zowel met het huis als met de hypotheek. De begeleiding van Henk heeft er mede toe geleid dat ik me elke dag weer thuis voel in mijn eigen huis. ❤️ Dank je wel Henk ❤️ Henk distinguishes himself within the "mortgage world" because he is not busy selling a mortgage, but because he is concerned with the person who needs that mortgage. He listens carefully to the personal needs of the customer, thinks and feels with what the need lies and therefore what advice is needed to be able to meet the need. As a result, there is always an advice and mortgage that suits the needs of this specific customer/person. The advice is temporary, but with the mortgage the customer commits himself for years and that is why it is so incredibly important that the advice about the mortgage is not only based on a snapshot, but on the total life of the person who asks for advice about a mortgage. Henk can and does this like no other. ❤️ I have experienced Henk as a real people person where I feel completely at home and who, through his expertise and advice, has contributed to the possibility to buy my house where I also feel completely at home, both with the house like the mortgage.
