M	Marijn Gerhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normaal zou ik niet zo een review achterlaten, echter heeft de verhuurdster onze vakantie verpest. Wij werden elke ochtend wakker gemaakt om schoon te maken. De verhuurdster is aan de telefoon erg aardig en vriendelijk maar in de praktijk is dit niet zo. Privacy is niet bekend bij de verhuurster, eenmaal in bad kwam ze binnen om de horren dicht te doen. Dit is onacceptabel. Ook de waterfiets mogen gebruiken, dit is een aanrader. Echter een kapotte fiets gekregen en is onze schoenen geschoven dat het kapot is gegaan. €400 borg moeten achterlaten met een verhuurster die niet reden vatbaar was. Beweerde dat het onze fout was, echter vertelde ze zelf dat er niks mis mee was. Als je een ontspannen vakantie wilt hebben moet je hier niet heengaan. Tijdens het koken komt ze binnen om te kijken of er wel olie in de pan zit. Om het samen te vatten. De locatie is perfect, mooi huis. Helaas heb je hier weinig aan door de verhuurster Normally I would not leave such a review, but the landlord ruined our holiday. We were woken up every morning to clean. The landlady is very nice and friendly on the phone, but in practice this is not the case. Privacy is not known to the landlord, once in the bath she came in to close the screens. This is unacceptable. Also allowed to use the pedal boat, this is recommended. However, received a broken bike and our shoes were pushed that it broke. €400 deposit had to be left with a landlord who was not capable of reason. Claimed it was our fault, but she herself said there was nothing wrong with it. If you want a relaxing holiday don't go here. While cooking, she comes in to see if there is oil in the pan. To sum it up. The location is perfect, beautiful house. Unfortunately, this is of little use to you by the landlord

S	Spencer Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This farmhouse/guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay that's close to Amsterdam and many other tourist sites in the Netherlands. The host is very accommodating and friendly, but a couple things were not included that were expected, namely towels. Luckily, towels were available for an extra charge. All in all a great place for a large group (our party filled it to capacity) that wants to be close to the sites but get an authentic Dutch farm environment in which to run around between day trips.

Wonderful choice for visiting Amsterdam and North Holland, especially for families. You can live in a real farm in a marvellous and green countryside, with lots di activities and places to visit. If you stay in the rooms you can cook and eat in the common kitchen where there is a lot of space. Children will love animals and playing outside. Rooms are clean and well kept. The owner is extremely helpful and polite.

A very scenic place, welcoming atmosphere and the host is very friendly and helpful :) Lots of animals to see here, and lots of toys for kids both outside and inside the communal area (even if you're not a child, we had fun with Scrabble). Once you clear the spiders out, the pedalos are really nice to take down the lake. The kitchen area is also really good. Very clean and plates/cups/cutlery all provided. Not really cons, but I guess some cautions: coming out your rooms it smells very strongly of a cow barn, but that's to be expected when you stay over at a farm! If you don't like strong smells maybe don't go here. Also a bit of a walk to anywhere, like the bus stop. A nice walk though, very gorgeous and some nice houses so I really didn't mind this. I give 4 stars for the rooms, only because my bed had a sloped ceiling right above is, making it hard to sit up. Other than that, perfect.
