★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most terrible experience ever. I gave a laptop to repair, whose screen was working if you opened it half way. If you opened it fully, it went blank. While it was very clear that some wire is misplaced, they told me whole screen needs to be fixed and would cost me 300 Euro. Fine! I denied the service. But when I received the laptop from them, it wasnt working at all!! They still charged me 20 Euros...very rude staff and crooks in my opinion. Avoid this store..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in needing to get my new laptop battery put into my laptop. I was helped as soon as possible by very friendly people. Service was 10/10 and quick. Had a great chat to the person who helped me! They also have a lot of products in their store including a lot on discount and for good prices. Highly recommend!

And they really went above and beyond for me when I screwed up my CPU pins while seating the cooling tower! They could have thrown up their hands and told me to buy another, but they sorted it out and charged me a very reasonable fee.
