signed up this evening and immediately after signing up the quote increased by around 50 euros a month. Spent 1 hour on the online chat to clarify this, most of the time in a queue, and then being ignored, and then being patronised. customer service failed to help me at all. i'll be using the 14 day cooling off period to cancel this contract.

App is awesome and their chat bot in the app directs you to a real person quite quick. This person helped me also fast and solved my problem for me by entering my meter readings manually in their system. So far happy with them and glad i stayed.

Waiting one hour to speak with someone from OXXIO client service. AVOID. SCAM. They gave me a discount that was canceled because I change the address in three month. No any compensation. They only take money. NO GOOD INTERNET. NO SERVICE CLIENT. They cheat you. AVOID. Better with other company.

AVOID. WORST COMPANY EVER. SCAM. I had a combi contract (electricity, gas, internet, and TV) and I moved to another address, and Oxxio failed to move my internet and tv to my new address. The first time they change the internet to a wrong address. After many calls, they said that the change is made.When I call to check was not. After again and again a call where you have to wait one hour to speak with somebody they said that the moving is corect. And surprise in a day of moving No internet. and so on Finally I was obligate to make another contract for the Internet and Tv and they promise to combine my new contract with the older one and I will receive the same discount as the initial one. But again surprise NO discount. no nothing. SHAME Is your entire fault as your colleague at phone I'm looking after compensation. I can't work anymore from home and my boss put me part-time I have also 3 kids on online learning. Awful situation

I live in the Netherland almost 7 years now, I have jumped between different energy companies here but frankly Oxxio is the worst one with no doubt! They charge bills different than what is was actually signed and when you try to reach them for an explanation it is almost impossible, reaching the king is easier I believe. Anyways.. Once the employee is reached you will never get the proper answer for your question and than only your lawyer and the court will get your money back. Never go for this company.

Due to COVID and working from home, our 2020 bill was much higher that expected. I arranged to pay off the extra costs over a period of 10 months. The first payment was not automatically debited from my account, and therefore the arrangement automatically cancelled itself. I called up and rearranged the payback scheme. The payment went out OK, and then, the next month - nothing happened. The payment set up cancelled itself again. I called up again, and rearranged the repayment scheme. I even double checked precisely the figures that would go out each month. I just found this morning that Oxxio billed the entire remaining sum in one go. Their customer service is still closed, 40 minutes after is was due to open. A total and utter mess. (Note, English is my first language, my Dutch isn't fluent but is competent, so phone conversations have happened in Dutch or English, depending on the staff member's preference).

Worst customer service I had to deal with ever, never available and refuse to help and solve your issue. I moved to a new place and they were not willing to move the internet to the new address saying division is sold to KPN and they will take over in a few weeks...But of course they do not let you cancel the contract either because the contracted period did not expire yet. Great when you have to work from home you cannot have internet but you have to pay for it.

I received a reimbursement (correctienota) notice from Oxxio for services not used in October. However, it was never actually paid to me. It is impossible to find their telephone number. Once contacted, they send me to different departments for 1 hour and then still cannot resolve the issue. They wouldn't give me a number of name of the person to contact, just send to different people. They tell me they would call back asap and then never calls back. What an irresponsible, cheap company.
