Pay attention about the P+R offer: 1. Take the very right gate to enter the car park. (Often you have to wait at least 20-40 minutes to enter due to several cars awaiting to enter.) 2. Use the ticket you received by entering the car park and go to the pricing machines by the toilets close to the office of the personal. Follow the instructions given by the pricing machine and buy your tram tickets. (You have buy the tram/bus tickets at the same machine, they look different to the tickets bought somewhere else. - Do not throw the tram/bus ticket away! You will need it to receive the discount and take the tram/bus back to Olympisch Stadion.) 3. On the same day you bought the tram/bus tickets at the pricing machine you have to take the tram/bus from “Olympisch Stadion” to some of the stations located downtown/in the city centre. (Do not forget to check-in with your ticket inside the tram/bus you take at the Olympisch Stadion and check-out at one of the stations inside the city centre.) 4. The day you leave you have to take the tram/bus of one of the stations inside the city centre to the Olympisch Stadion. (Do not forget to check-in with your ticket inside the tram/bus you take inside the city centre and check-out at the Olympisch Stadion.) 5. Go to the pricing machine you took before, insert your parking ticket and scan your P+R tram/bus ticket. The discount should be applied if you noticed the steps before. This P+R method contains several steps and by missing just one of it you have to pay at least 30-50 Euros / day due to not receiving the discount afterwards. Be aware! :) In addition if you have any complaints the personal gave me a number and a link to a website of the “Interparking Nederland B.V.”. You can call them in case of non-working discounts or a refund. (The link to their website and a phone-nr. can be found in the picture with the title “Customer Service”.)

Used this parking for P+R. Outside, the P+R side is displayed full and a car can go inside sometimes. Surprise, inside, a lot of free park available.. Parking is large and safe. Unfortunately, during our visit, the two P+R tickets machines were unaivalable due to technical issues. Calling someone of the parking who tell me the driver tramway can sell me the P+R ticket but they can't. So I did not have the P+R reduction during the payment..

Cheap parking. You have to pay for bus tickets and use them to and from city center to use as a discount. With a discount you pay 1-2€ per day. Don't know if it's secure. You may have to wait to get in sometimes.

Horrible system. Switched off by the local government when it suits them. So you pay full. And not all travel cards are accepted (they are in the transport system, but not at P+R). So you pay full. Jump thru all the hoops, and you may have cheap parking, otherwise, you pay full. Amsterdam prefers if you stay away anyway. Visit Utrecht or Alkmaar.

Not so easy to negotiate unless you figure it out before you drive on. Entrance 'P and R' is the one that gives the discount if you travel back on an ov card, but that's not all that clear. Also the machines can be temperamental, but once they do what they should you are rewarded with a generous discount. You have to time your arrival as it can be full. Late at night or very early am apparently best

Watch out in case the P+R GVB vending machines are broken. Buying a GVB ticket ON a tram departing from the Amsterdam-centre zone will not get you the discounted 1EUR/day price. (Even though that is pretty much your only option at that point unless you go out of your way to get a ticket at e.g. P+R RAI.) When asking for customer support at the interparking help desk you may be in for a long wait since the person at the desk can be gone for 20-30 minutes. No worries though, when that person arrives, we received little help. My thanks to a kind German lady who had a spare P+R GVB ticket so we could enjoy the discount in the end.

P+R offer is great! Parking overnight by 1€ ! I attach pictures on the ticket that you can puchase and the city map. This city map contains step by step explanations to enjoy P+R offer.

We have been ripped off about the price of the parking. On the entrance there is a large inscription 10 € per day, after a few hours and returning to the car, it turned out that there is 21 € to pay. After contacting the car park staff, the only thing we heard was "everything is written on the ticket machine". I recommend reading all the tricks on the website of the operating company. For the price of the car park € 21 + € 7.50 for the tram tickets, we could as well park right in the center. I do not recommend this company's parking lots.
