★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kutfirma! Al voor de 2e x voorruitschade door een van deze wagens op de snelweg, deze keer onherstelbaar. Bij opnemen van contact wordt gezegd, meldt maar bij je eigen verzekering. Indien je geen glasverzekering hebt werkt dit zo niet, maar bewuste medewerker blijft zichzelf slechts herhalen. Even navragen bij de baas of er geen andere mogelijkheden zijn lijkt niet te kunnen. Vreselijk slechte en klantonvriendelijke gang van zaken voor een bedrijf wat dergelijke ongelukjes met regelmaat tegen moet komen en waarvan je zou verwachten dat ze actief aan de slag gaan met de ellende die ze veroorzaken, maar helaas. Ze houden zich aan de procedure.
