★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipo Voetbalreizen weigert te houden aan afspraken en richtlijnen van de SGR omtrent de corona-vouchers en meent eigenstanding en onrechtmatig aanspraak te mogen maken op 10% kosten.
Daarnaast is deze organisatie al maanden niet telefonisch bereikbaar en reageert men slecht of niet op berichten per e-mails.
Voor iedereen die, na terugkeer naar een normaal, na corona, een voetbalreis wil boeken: houdt hier rekening mee ...
Naschrift: uiteindelijk wel alles terugontvangen, maar hiervoor heb ik wel aanspraak moeten maken op de rechtsbijstandsverzekering.
De handelswijze van dit bedrijf verdient m.i. geen schoonheids- noch klantvriendelijkheidsprijs: als er straks weer vrij gereisd kan worden, dan zal ik mijn reis *zeker* elders boeken!
 Equipo Voetbalreizen refuses to adhere to the agreements and guidelines of the SGR regarding the corona vouchers and believes it can claim 10% costs independently and unlawfully.
In addition, this organization has not been available by phone for months and people respond poorly or not at all to messages by e-mail.
For anyone who, after returning to a normal, after corona, wants to book a football trip: take this into account ...
Postscript: I did receive everything back in the end, but for this I had to make a claim under the legal expenses insurance.
In my opinion, this company's behavior does not deserve a beauty or customer-friendliness prize: if it is possible to travel freely again, I will *definitely* book my trip elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe über P1 die Tickets für das Milan Derby am 07.11.21 gebucht und muss festhalten: Super. Sehr schnelle Bestätigung und Kommunikation, auf Nachfragen direkte Antwort und alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Ticket kam und beste Sicht auf das Derby Spektakel. Immer wieder gerne.
I booked the tickets for the Milan Derby on November 7th, 21 via P1 and I have to say: Great. Very quick confirmation and communication, direct response to inquiries and everything worked without any problems. Ticket came and the best view of the Derby spectacle. Always my pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered tickets for Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona. Very good view from the seats. i was a little bit concern that 48h before the even i still did't have tickets. I sent and email to P1 (on saturday) and they replied very quickly, explaining that for such a big events tickets are being sent ~24h before (from safety reasons) and i don't have to be worried. And in fact i got it around 24h before the game. I definitely recommend P1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically a fancy looking ticket tout. I bought Rugby tickets for England vs France and to start with I thought the service was great but would recommend buying through stadiums if you can.
Buying process and website is great but they have limited confirmation which doesn't make you feel very comfortable especially when buying £2k of tickets.
Only received the tickets 1 day before the Rugby after they called to say we couldn't have our original allocation and offered other seats.
The new seats were more people together which was nice, but they said "we will refund you €50,00 per person for the beers this weekend" but it never came through in time and still waiting on getting it. The tickets were also in other peoples name and twice the price of the face value of the ticket.
