★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ilona is een hele fijne toegankelijke diëtiste met een hele positieve insteek. Dit werkt voor mij erg goed.
Ze maakte voor mij speciaal een op maat gemaakt veganistisch/vegan menu, waardoor ik alle voedingsstoffen gewoon binnen krijg.
Dat wat ik kan eten is simpel, overzichtelijk en er is gemakkelijk mee te variëren. Ik kreeg een heel duidelijk stappenplan mee en als ik vragen had kon ik altijd nog bellen/mailen. Het was niet zozeer een tijdelijk dieet als wel een nieuwe manier van eten.
Evt kan ik ook bij Piazza Sports afspreken waar ze ook spreekuren heeft.
Ik was er om af te vallen..
 Ilona is a very nice accessible dietitian with a very positive approach. This works very well for me.
For me she specially made a tailor-made vegan / vegan menu, so I just get all the nutrients inside.
What I can eat is simple, clear and easy to vary. I received a very clear step-by-step plan and if I had any questions I could always call / email. It was not so much a temporary diet as a new way of eating.
I can also arrange at Piazza Sports where she also has office hours.
I was there to lose weight ..
