Ik ging er vanuit dat ik 120 strips zou ontvangen. Dit bleken maar 20 strips te zijn. Ik heb vervolgens de klantenservice gebeld. Zij geven aan dat het om 20 strips gaat, want 20x6 is 120. Dat zijn dus 120 verfpotjes, en NIET 120 strips, zoals aangegeven in de productomschrijving. Er kan hier geen oplossing voor gevonden worden. De enige mogelijkheid zou zijn dat ik het product retour zou sturen, waarbij de retourkosten voor mijn rekening zijn.... I ordered the paint strips, 120 pcs. In the product description this is described in the following way: Strip paint pots, 120 pcs. Each strip contains 6 paint pots. I assumed I would receive 120 strips. This turned out to be only 20 strips. I then called customer service. They indicate that it concerns 20 strips, because 20x6 is 120. That is 120 paint pots, and NOT 120 strips, as indicated in the product description. No solution can be found for this. The only possibility would be that I would return the product, with the return costs at my expense ....

Met degelijk advies heb ik de juiste verpakking kunnen kopen bij Packlinq. Het is niet zomaar een onpersoonlijke webshop, de mensen nemen echt de tijd om je te helpen als je daar om vraagt. Een geweldige ervaring! Very good and fast service. I had ordered the wrong size packaging and wasn't sure which size I should have. With sound advice I was able to buy the right packaging at Packlinq. It is not just an impersonal webshop, the people really take the time to help you if you ask. An amazing experience!

Les horaires sont très larges (9h-18h) alors je suis restée à la maison, l'envoi du colis étant important car délai à respecter. Au final, aucun geste commercial, envoi très cher pour absence de service. Et c'est moi qui vais déposer le colis pour être sûre que le travail soit finalement fait. Honteux They offer a pick-up of parcels at home but do not come. The hours are very long (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) so I stayed at home, sending the package being important because of the deadline. In the end, no commercial gesture, very expensive shipment for lack of service. And it's me who will drop off the package to be sure that the work is finally done. Shameful

They also didnt reply on my email concerning this issue. You'd expect a box with the right size when ordering from a packinging company.
