They mis-shipped my product to a completely wrong address. Told me to go search for it myself, when I did, it wasn't there. I had to repeatedly email them to have their carrier find it. Managed to get my product much later. Terrible service. Their phone number for their office on their website doesn't even work. You literally had 1 job, to deliver to a correct address.

Unfortunately my parcel was lost - track said β€œdelivered”. There was a mistake in address (missed addition number) and parcel was delivered probably without confirming the name. I never found parcel and nobody from this address replied to my note. Customer support over email was great and followed up with driver, tho it didn’t help. Over the phone was terrible saying me due to privacy they cannot tell me to whom(or at least which apartment number) MY PARCEL was delivered, nonsense! Also mentioned smth that they don’t check names due to Corona, nonsense! wouldn’t trust anything else

Horrible service. Wasn't home when the package was delivered. I got a piece of paper with phone number that doesn't put you through with anyone, and something written which is simply unreadable. Track & Trace shows my package is somewhere, unclear where and why, no way to make a follow up appointment..... disaster ..... Note: I had ordered through VidaXL

They didn't deliver my order on the estimated delivery date, the tracking information on the website is not working, I can't even schedule delivery on the other date, their phone is never available, no reply to my email, contact formulier on their website is not working, I have no idea where my package (worth more than 350eur) is. I really don't understand why de Bijenkorf is using such awful courier for their shipments

Never experienced a worse courier than Packs before. Had unfortunately two experiences with them. The first time they failed the first attempt and let me reschedule. On the day of reschedule they did not show up or did not call me when they didnt find the door. The second time they left a note after the first failed attempt. I called almost 10 times in 2 days and the line is always busy. The ddl for reschedule is about expire for gods sake just because they cannot cradle the telephone receiver properly. Its 2022 and they only accept calling for reschedule, and there's no option for picking up at a service point.

1 star because I can’t select 0. The WORST customer experience ever. Incompetent drivers that can’t read road signs and can’t use a simple 21st century navigation system or a cellphone to call a customer when in doubt about an address. HIGHLY disappointed. 1 week later and still no package received. ADD A CALL CENTRE FOR CUSTOMERS TO CONTACT A HUMAN BEING INSTEAD OF MAKING USING OF AN AUTOMATED EMAIL SYSTEM.

When I was not home they left me a note saying that they could not deliver the package. It mentioned that this concerns a package which has to be signed. I scheduled a new appointment which they did not show up while I have cancelled my plans. When I entered into the system, I saw that the date is shifted to the next day 08-12. I have again cleared my agenda and they have again failed to show up. Later in the day I noticed a package left in the hall of the residence. Apparently the second courier didn’t see a necessity of a signature while I have wasted two days. And they don’t answer the phone. They simply hang up.
