Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat zij communicatief zeer goed overkomen, ondanks dat ik op zondag contact zocht werd er binnen een uur gereageerd en alles werd dan ook binnen de garantie geregeld en binnen 48 uur had ik een nieuwe strap en kon ik mijn masker weer gebruiken.
