Ik vroeg naar rosé bicolor bedels en kreeg zonder enig doorvragen per direct een "hebben we niet" naar mij toe geslingerd. Totdat mijn oog viel op de rosé kast bij de kassa en ik tóch écht diverse bicolor bedels spotte. Erna geholpen door de jongere dame welke deze miscommunicatie meer dan goed maakte. Nicely helped, friendly young saleswoman who is very customer-oriented and patient. At first I had some trouble with the elderly lady who works here. I asked about rosé bicolor charms and without any further questions I immediately received an "haven't we" thrown at me. Until my eye fell on the rosé case at the checkout and I really spotted various bicolor charms. Afterwards helped by the younger lady who more than made up for this miscommunication. Kudos to her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service from one particular lady is awful. She always looks like being angry at people who are asking questions or even looking at the books for a different choice. Last time she grabbed the book where I had the page open and closed it to store it away :( whenever I buy there it is a nightmare because I don't feel being welcomed to the store and feel like I must take rush decisions. Next time deffinetly will avoid this store and go to different one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The white girl that works here is rude, unfriendly and has a horrible way of treating people. Why is she still working here? Give everyone the same kind treatment. Its called customer service. I'm glad i didnt spend my money here. Props to thee coloured girl she was absolutely amazing, very kind and friendly. The white girl should take lessons from her!!!!
