The staff was nice, and it was cheap, but the wax I got was really poorly done. Hairy spots on my legs/armpits that the waxer missed so had to redo some of it myself when I got back home.

To remove my previous gel nail polish, the girl tried to file it off rather than soak it in aceton for 5mins. That is painful and not good for the natural nails, so I said no. During the pedicure, she didn't bother much with the rasp (I had brought my own, a professional rasp with good grip). It takes time and effort to clean up the eelts using a rasp (even though I take good care of my feet and had a pedicure less than 3 weeks earlier at another salon) . She wanted to use the corn blade on my heels. Their disinfection method was also not very convincing. Eventually, when the time came to pay she said they don't have pin and I had to go to the ATM for cash (this detail is nowhere on their website, I wonder whether they report all their income to the Belasting...). Overal, not a great experience, I am not going back and wouldn't recommend the place.

My experience here was very bad. I did mani and pedi. Neither process was hygenic to begin with. Stuff is very anti social. Both mani and pedi were not done thoroughly and the nail polish they used is very low quality. I asked about their hygiene protocol and they did not speak much English so was impossible to communicate. Plus they tell you they don't take cards at the end of the session which was annoying. And overall it was not a clean place.

I’ve gone to this salon twice, once for a manicure and another time for a pedicure. They’re not exactly talkative, and don’t engage in conversation apart from which color nailpolish you want. I personally don’t mind it, but if you do then this wouldn’t be a right fit. Regarding the mani and pedi themselves I felt like they could have been done better, but they don’t charge as much as other places so I’d say the prices reflect the quality well. (depending on how busy it is)

I made an appointment and when I arrived, they were not even aware of it, so I had to wait 30min. No card payment, cash only, which makes this a quite shady business. Nail polish is very bad quality. The lady who did my pedicure was no careful at all, she hurt me when cutting cuticles, the nails were painted badly. Also, as some other previous reviews mention, I have the feeling the tools are not sterilized, so hygiene is lacking. Not coming back.

Worst manicure I have ever had. The lady didn’t listen to my instructions whatsoever and spoke little Dutch and English. She was very rough with my nails, and a week later, my nails are still very sensitive and sore. Many important steps of the manicure were skipped. I had an old gel layer removed and she didn’t soak it in acetone, opting to just scrape it off which is why it still hurts. As there was a queue of people waiting, it was clear she wanted to rush my manicure as fast as she could so she could attend the others waiting. They also only accept cash which is strange and likely means they’re not an honest business.

Kind of a letdown. I booked a manicure appointment for gel nailpolish. I chose this salon specifically for the Hello Kitty themed interior, hoping they would do cute character art or stickers or something. Even though I booked an appointment a week in advance, the nail tech told me there wasn’t enough time for nail art and I could only choose from a set of colors, which were super boring and bland. I asked why that is because I reserved beforehand, and their website /and/ the lady on the phone did not ask specifically about requesting minor nail art (I would’ve been fine with just a sticker or rhinestone…). They were super vague about it and in the meantime the customers next to me were getting really nice designs done. While the nail tech worked on my nails I noticed a drawer with all kinds of colors and glitters behind them, but that wasn’t even an option to choose from apparently. Other than the Hello Kitty cushions the interior was kinda sad. There was no music or tv, or anything to distract you while the nail tech works. When you try to strike up conversation you get ignored so you stare at either your hands or the colorful glitters that you can’t have on your nails. It’s also unhygienic, I noticed that the file used to shape my nails was used before as it had white, powdery residue on it. The nail tech was kind of rough and made all my cuticles bleed out which left painful scabs for days. It’s a miracle it didn’t get infected: she applied cuticle oil from the same bottle on every customer in the salon, including my bloody fingers… Although painful my cuticles did look very neat and clean (except for the blood), as did the paint job itself. But the whole experience was not worth €24. My advice is to either spend that money on a gel kit and do it yourself at home or find another salon.
