★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy old Dutch pancake restaurant. The first restaurant that my parents visited after their marriage. Even the flies are still there after 40 years, that's why I took 1 star off. Nice place to go for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pancake house was like a restaurant in a muesum because it had many items hanging around which was of a different era. It had a friendly staff and excellent choice of pancake. They have a Menu in English for those who find Dutch a bit hard.

Inside a lot of fat flies on the windows. No one cleaning tables between guests (all you get is new piece of paper on dirty table), no desifection in the times of pandemic. Menu was so dirty it was literally sticking to our hands. Pancakes i had were tasteless.
If you look for a place with less than avarage food in a dirty restaurant where people sit on top of each other in the middle of pandemic (no 1,5m distancing) this is it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful situated restaurant near forests and royal residences. The restaurant main specialty is pancakes and it prepares them in all sorts of sizes and tastes. I had a traditional old Dutch pancake and it was well prepared and tasted excellent. The seating is somewhat cramped, because of its popularity it is often busy. Because of that also the parking space can be hard to find. Otherwise the service is good and prices are medium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pannenkoeken huis ever! Order spek (bacon) en kaas (cheese) pancake and appel (apple), suiker (sugar) en kaneel (cinnamon) pancake. Then, cover with stroop (beet-based molasses type of syrup). Bring your Mom, bring your Loved Ones, bring anyone visiting from away, come on your fiets (bike) TOPS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a cosy place, tried pulled chicken pancake. Pancakes are huge, this is half portion that we shared with my husband. We will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing pancakes, very wide selection of pancakes, sandwiches and drinks. The place looks great and cozy, plenty of outdoor & indoor seating and opened their doors 62 years ago. 1959! The staff is friendly and skilled. They speak English and have a English menu. They take credit card, cash and debit cards. The area around the restaurant is very nice to explore by foot, bike, car and has plenty of free parking.
Wheelchair accessible, maybe inside is slightly difficult.
