Afgelopen zondag 7 maart is het precies 3 weken geleden dat wij onze bestelling zouden komen afhalen na 16.30u helaas waren ze het vergeten klaar te maken. Oke kan gebeuren iedereen mag en maakt fouten. (Wij hadden er 30min voor gereden) Ze zouden het de zelfde avond bezorgen om het op te lossen. Tot heden hebben wij ze nog niet gezien! Meerdere malen gebeld en elke keer geeft de persoon aan de telefoon aan dat het een fout van zijn collega is. Zaterdag 27 februari weer met ze gebeld weer het hele verhaal te horen gekregen en weer gaf de persoon aan het op te lossen en persoonlijk te bezorgen om het met ons goed te maken. Hij zou het vorige week maandag 1 maart brengen +- 13.00u. En nu weer een week later en nog hebben wij onze bestelling niet!! Gelukkig hebben wij het niet betaald maar op de manier hoe zij met klanten omgaan is niet normaal!!! Ook zijn onze 06 nummers geblokkeerd! Bellen wij met een ander nr nemen ze wel op. Puur om de reden hoe zij met klanten omgaan raad ik dit bedrijf af! Wij hebben echter nog wel wat lekkers meegenomen uit de winkel om niet met lege handen naar huis te gaan en dat was heerlijk!! Eerlijk is eerlijk! Very bad company !! Last Sunday, March 7, it was exactly 3 weeks ago that we would pick up our order after 4.30 pm. Unfortunately they forgot to prepare it. Okay can happen everyone likes and makes mistakes. (We had driven for 30min) They would deliver it the same evening to fix it. We have not seen them yet! Called several times and each time the person on the phone indicates that it is a mistake from his colleague. Saturday, February 27 called them again to hear the whole story and again the person indicated to solve it and deliver personally to make it up to us. He would bring it last week Monday March 1 + - 1:00 pm. And now again a week later and we still don't have our order !! Fortunately we have not paid for it, but the way they deal with customers is not normal !!! Our 06 numbers are also blocked! We call with another number, they will answer. I do not recommend this company purely for the reason how they deal with customers! However, we did take some goodies from the store so as not to go home empty-handed and that was delicious !! Fair is fair!

Baklava was very good but unfortunately, we only received one of the Pancakes we ordered and the other pancake was missing the sauce. After calling them about the missing things they ensured us they will bring everything. After 15 minutes the delivery guy came again but forgot the sauce and also the missing pancake was not as ordered (missing toppings).
