★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting for 1h30 for my 30 min order they cancelled it and took my money, I hope I will get that back at least as I can see it is a common practice for them. Be careful guys! Just order from something local not worth the nerves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I was told the order would take less than 30 minutes when in reality it has been more than 2 hours and I still haven't received the order. During this time they never contacted me and when i called they were only able to tell me the order was almost there. 30 minutes after calling, my food still hadn't been delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza took over 2 hours longer to arrive than indicated delivery time, and the pizzas were cold. I had called after an hour and the person on the phone said the delivery person had just left, but it still took another hour so I assume I was being lied to. The delivery person forgot to bring our drinks. He said he would bring the drinks right after but we have been waiting over an hour since then. Worst experience ordering pizza.

Ordered online for two pizzas, paid successfully. Waiting for more than one hour, nothing received. Calling the Papa Johns for a reason, nobody replied, repeating for 3 times, no one answered.
How to become even worse? If you cannot server the customers, just close the shop, it will make your life easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give that place 0 stars if it were possible. Not only did the order take 2 and a half hours to arrive, they didn't pick up once when we were calling, and to add on top of that the guy who delivered it charged my friend's roomate the fee that I had already paid online. You could literaly buy frozen pizza and it would be a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For recent orders, it takes almost 1.5 hours getting my pizza after ordering. Almost tried to call them after long time wait, but no one will answer the phone. That’s totally a disaster! If you have better choices, never pick this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time here as they waste yours. Read the other review. They deliver pizzas after 2 hours after ordering. It's already the second time that happened. You need to call them and maybe they answer, and after they do that they are going to deliver after 2 hours. There is also a 50% chance thst you'll get your pizza cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered pizza here 3-4 times thus far as pick-up. Most often they are on time and the pizza is delicious. The half and half sausage and pepperoni with either the special 4 cheese or Tuscan 6 cheese is amazing.
I however cannot speak for the delivery experience mentioned in the other reviews.
