β β β β β Very disappointed, delivery was relatively quick but quality of the food was awful. Both pizzas tasted reheated, with awful texture and bland taste (we even threw out the leftovers because they were so bad), but worst of all, 1 of the pizzas I ordered was BBQ Chicken, yet when it arrived it was without BBQ sauce, so not what I ordered and one of the worst quality pizzas I have had. I ordered it with extra sausage aswell and it was also excluded, so I had a plain pizza with chicken. Total mess up and very disappointing, especially as I have bought here before with much higher quality.

β β β β β Waited for 2 hours! ETA was stated for 20 minutes. After 50 minutes have passed we have called them. They do not pick up the phone. Eventually after many tries, we got them. They said from now on in 20 minutes it will be delivered. Waited another 50 minutes! Called them again, nothing. After 2 hours, cold pizza. Called them to explain and to arrange an agreement because this is unacceptable. The "manager" on the phone went full defense mode even though we were very polite. He literally said to us that if we don't like it, don't order here again. So we won't. Extremely rude. If I could give a 0 star, I would. DO NOT ORDER HERE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

β β β β β The worst service I've ever experienced. Over 1.5 hours for delivery, only to be delivered the wrong order. Poor customer service when contacting the store and despite saying a refund would be issued and the correct order would be sent, none of this happened. Still waiting on my refund. Shouldn't be in business if this seems to be a recurring issue based on previous reviews.

β β β β β Very bad experience with this Papa John's branch. If one thing goes wrong, it may be tolerated, but when so many things go wrong, then there is a clearly problem in this branch. In my case and similar to other comments, here are my complaints:
1) Delivery takes an hour despite the claimed <30 minutes found in their website
2) One item was missing. For me, it was the Cheesy Jalapeno Bites
3) Instead of the ranch sauce, they brought another sauce.
4) And this is the worst. I ordered cheese pizza (Margherita) and they brought a pepperoni pizza!!! You can imagine for someone who does not eat meet, this is intolerable.
If you're in The Hague, go to the other branch in Frederik Hendriklaan 71. Avoid this branch at all costs

β β β β β don't order pizza here! terrible service! my order was supposed to arrive at 16.15, and arrived at 18.00! I called the restaurant, the first time they said the pizza would be in 15 minutes, but it was not delivered, I started calling the restaurant again, they just hung up! I have never seen such rudeness! horror! in the end, the pizza was brought when I had already eaten!

β β β β β Ordered to pick it up at xy:15, been there at xy:15, but they only started to prepare the pizza as we entered the restaurant and asked about the order.
Had to check the boxes before leaving, there were two garlic sauces missing, we had to ask for it.
Pizzas were okay.

β β β β β Order took 1.5 hours to arrive. It would take the scooter delivery guy 5 minutes from shop to my house. I called the store 10 times, no one answers the phone. Not once. Poor service and after reading other reviews, I'm surprised this store stays open. With multiple pizza shops around, I won't order from here again.
