Met de berzorging ging het één en ander mis (ruim een uur te laat) maar dat neemt niet weg dat we uiteindelijk een heerlijke warme pizza ontvingen die ons goed bevallen is. Vandaar gewoon de 5 sterren vooral ook omdat ik me niet kan vinden in de overige beoordelingen. This review is purely based on the pizza & the taste. A few things went wrong with the delivery (more than an hour late), but that does not mean that we eventually received a delicious warm pizza that we liked. Hence the 5 stars especially because I cannot agree with the other reviews.

De bodem is echt slecht ! Snap niet dat dit meerdere shops heeft! De pizza was al koud bij aankomst kaas keihard geworden.. helaas we hadden veel verwacht maarja.. niet bestellen dus ! You can't call this pizza, not even a cheese onion baguette. Half of the pizza is the crust. Not lied really super badly invested! The bottom is really bad! Don't understand that this has multiple shops! The pizza had already become cold on arrival, cheese was rock hard .. unfortunately we expected a lot but .. so don't order!

Als je een ander filiaal in Rotterdam belt wordt je wel fatsoenlijk te woord gestaan. Maar ook de andere filialen krijgen geen contact met filiaal Rotterdam zuid. Verschrikkelijke tent, nooit meer. Received the wrong pizza from the delivery driver. Then this branch is totally inaccessible! They don't answer the phone. If you call another branch in Rotterdam, you will be answered properly. But the other stores also do not get in touch with the Rotterdam South branch. Terrible tent, never again.

R	Rene Tijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18.30 uur gebeld, systeem gaf aan <30 minuten. Mijn vrouw belt om 19.30 uur met de vraag waar het blijft. Systeemfout, binnen een kwartier is er iemand bij u. 20.10 uur bezorger op de stoep. Duizend maal excuses, bij de volgende bestelling krijgt u korting blablabla. Doos open.....koud, verbrand en zeer karig belegd! 20.15 uur beginnen met bellen, nu 20.51 uur nog steeds bezig met iemand te bereiken. Mijn vrouw belt nogmaals (dus met haar eigen nummer), wordt niet opgenomen. Na 6 keer een ander nummer gebruikt, wordt direct opgenomen. Klacht neergelegd bij "Dennis", de vraag of we na 10 minuten terug willen bellen want dan is de manager er met een oplossing. Na 10 minuten met beide nummers ongeveer 40 keer gebeld! Of in gesprek, of telefoon wordt niet opgenomen. Schan-da-lig! Blijf het proberen, anders morgen. Ze zijn (helaas) niet van ons af.... Update 23 mei. Na een mail te hebben gestuurd naar het hoofdkantoor, bericht gekregen van de vestiging. Bedrijfsleider heeft excuses aangeboden en uitgelegd wat de reden was waarvoor het niet de gewenste kwaliteit was. Aanbod was om kosteloos een 2e bestelling te plaatsen om de kwaliteit nogmaals te bepalen. Vandaag dus wederom besteld en de kwaliteit was goed! Goed gevuld, lekkere BBQ saus, goed gebakken brood en malse kip. Papadia's waren goed warm! Bij een grotere eter kan het wellicht iets te weinig zijn. Called 6:30pm, system said <30 minutes. My wife calls at 7:30pm to ask where it is. System error, someone will be with you within 15 minutes. 8.10 p.m. delivery man on the sidewalk. A thousand apologies, with the next order you will get a discount blablabla. Open the box.....cold, burnt and very sparsely covered! Started calling at 8:15pm, now 8:51pm still trying to reach someone. My wife calls again (so with her own number), is not answered. After 6 times a different number is used, it will be recorded immediately. Complained to "Dennis", the question if we want to call back after 10 minutes because then the manager is there with a solution. Called about 40 times after 10 minutes with both numbers! Either on a call, or phone is not picked up. Scandalous! Keep trying, otherwise tomorrow. They are (unfortunately) not rid of us.... Updated May 23. After sending an email to the head office, I received a message from the branch. Company manager apologized and explained the reason why it was not the desired quality. The offer was to place a 2nd order free of charge to determine the quality again. So ordered again today and the quality was good! Well filled, tasty BBQ sauce, well baked bread and tender chicken. Papadias were hot! With a larger eater it may be a little too little.
